ESML in Plymouth Meeting was great to work with! I wanted to make sure my basement tile contained asbestos before I paid thousands of dollars to remove it. I called a few "asbestos investigator" companies, all of whom simply send the tiles in to ESML for testing. I got smart and worked with ESML directly, saving time and money! Cara was professional and friendly when I called. She answered all my questions, gave detailed instructions on how to collect a sample, and let me know how much testing costs. (The cost varies with how long you are willing to wait for results - the longest, and therefore cheapest, is one week). When I brought my sample in, Cara remembered me and chatted in a friendly way. She helped with all paperwork. She explained that I would get the results via email and also a hard-copy mailed packet. Someone from ESML called me the next week to say the email had bounced and asked me to call back to work out the problem. When I called back, Cara realized they had mis-typed the address. She tried again and stayed on the line with me to ensure the report came through. She also explained the results on the phone. I received the paper packet in the mail a few days later.
