We have had a several projects done at our house since we purchased it April, 2013. Quality Windows is the best provider of the bunch. They are extremely organized, each member of their crew has a job to do and does it well. Everything inside was completely covered with plastic and taped before any windows were replaced. They even covered our scrubs and flower beds on the outside. They completed our whole house in 1 day as scheduled and our property was as clean, if not cleaner after they left. We are very happy with the quality of the windows and the installation as well. The installation is every bit as important as quality of the windows and we are thrilled with both. |

DID NOT SHOW UP AT TIME AGREED UPON ON CONTRACT. DOUBLED PRICE AFTER WAITING YEAR FOR THE CONTRACTOR TO SHOW UP. DID NOT INSTALL MATERIALS AS PER MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS. MADE MAJOR MISTAKE AND WOULD NOT REPAIR FAULT CORRECTLY. MADE REPEATED TELEPHONE CALLS TO HAVE DAMAGE REPAIRED TO NO AVAIL. LOCATED MANY OTHER DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS OF QUALITY CONSTRUCTION AFTER DISCUSSING PROBLEM WITH COMMUNITY.
Description of Work: REMOVED APROX 6 SQUARE OF ROLL ROOFING. INSTALLED APROX 3 SQUARE OF 25 YEAR ASPHALT SHINGLES AND 3 SQUARE OF 15 YEAR WARRANTED LOW SLOPE ROLL ROOFING. INSTALLED APPROX 40 FEET OF ALUMINUM FACIA AND DRIP EDGE.

Lousy job. Did not do what was asked. Never showed up for work. Raised price on me after I waited a year for job to be done. Made a major mistake that has not been repaired for year and a half. Called contractor repeatedly to fix job. Spoke to many others who have had problems with Quality Construction.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced 7 squares of shingles and warranted roll roofing. Installed 40 feet of aluminum fascia.
