Peter worked incredibly hard on power washing our home. We live in a very wooded area and there was much more mildew than it originally looked to be. Peter was very fair with the price and we even added jobs on besides the power washing. I would hire him again and in fact he is coming back to paint/stain two porches and some deck railings.

This was not for power-washing, but rather for cleaning a very dusty concrete basement floor and back stairwell, as well as filling in cracks and also dyeing the concrete a darker shade. In addition, a very large amount of old junk was hauled away, my rusty bilco doors were sanded down, primed, and painted, and a few other handy jobs were satisfactorily fulfilled. The time management for the overall number of projects could have been much better and I would have preferred to receive a flat fee for some of the work rather than to have surprise extra costs; constantly popping up, hence making the overall project cost about a thousand dollars more than expected. But, ultimately, the quality of the work was satisfactory and for the most part I am pleased with the results.
