Work done efficiently and well. Redid the few spots that I saw and pointed out to the men. Next day I noticed that sliding screen had not been put back on its track correctly. Doug sent someone within an hour of my call to fix the problem.

The work done was very professional and they were very competent. It took about 3 and a half hours to complete all of the work. That included moving furniture as well as the carpet cleaning. This company tops any other carpet cleaners we've ever used.

Doug and his crew were great. The window cleaners was very thorough and systematic, making sure every surface of each window was spotless. They spent extra time doing our garage windows, which were a reall mess, with bugs and cobwebs and who knows what else. It all looks like new. Doug personally handled the carpet cleaning, and did a fantastic job. Furniture was carefully moved and replaced, spots were successfully treated, and the carpets are noticeably brighter. Everybody was on time, courteous, friendly, and good-natured. We will definitely have Doug and crew come back.
