George and entire staff at A & B were professional friendly and went the extra mile to make a great exp. We were continuously updated and kept involved throughout the process. Love this contractor. Best I ever had.

Everyone was very nice and listen to my ideal great people the work was great from start to finish. They clean up their mess all the time. Wanted me to walk it off when they where done to see how it all looked. Great job!

The contractor did an excellent job, we are very pleased with the overall workmanship. The original electrician cancelled several times, which slowed down the progress, a replacement electrician was sent to complete the job and he did excellent work Office staff was easy to reach and correspond with.

The installation was on time and only took a few days. Shortly after the installation was complete I had leaks in several areas inside of my sun room, and the entire gutter seam was leaking on the outside portion. I was told that the they ran out of caulk from Canada and had to use a substandard caulk, that was the cause of the leaks. 3 weeks later Al came out to fix the leaks and seemed very inconvenienced that he had to fix the leaks, making me feel like I was in the wrong. A few weeks later we had gotten rain again, I called the office and was told that the work truck was broken and no one could come out and fix the leaks until the truck was fixed. I called the office frequently to ask when the roof would be sealed properly, two months later (after heavy rain coming inside my sun room) I was told Al would be back out but could only come out on a certain day and time that I would not be home. I was told that he came out and sprayed water on the roof to check it and only saw the leak on the gutter seal. Now it is the end of December and we got our first wet snow. I came home to water all over my sun room floor and the roof that A & B had put on was leaking from the same spots it was the first time it started leaking. I had marked the leaks on the ceiling the first time with a marker. I received a call back from George this morning after calling the office, informing him about the leaks. He stated that when the temperature is right he will put a pull and peel seal on the roof and I will be receiving a call from Al (the installer) and the office assistant Danielle. I just got off the phone with Al and he started blaming my regular roof, saying that it showed signs of leakage during the install. He also stated they did not flash the entire sunroof up into the regular roof on the house, only a small section, so because my regular roof showed signs of moisture that is probably causing the middle of my sunroof to leak along with the gutter seam. I told him that George told me that a pull and peel roof was to be put on, Al became agitated and hung up on me. I am very disappointed in every aspect of this company. I can only hope that they did not take my $13,000 and replace an old leaking roof with a new one that was installed so poorly it leaks even worse than the first one.

The guys worked long hours and were very pelasant. Got the job done and fixed a few things for us along the way.

Regan was on time, completed work, very quickly, was pleasant and personable.

George came to our home, showed us his project. Very honest and easy to deal with. No problems. We love the sunroom.

Everything went well and we know this was the best decision we could have made. After the work was done they responded right away to every question I had. When my new neighbors expressed interest in a porch of their own, we had them call A&B. They are just as pleased as we are as this addition has added so much pleasure to our daily lives!

Workers were very professional. Were on time. Worked of full day every day until job was complete and very neat.
