They fit us into their busy schedule even though it was a relatively small job (two damaged areas one about 4' x 4' and another about 1' square). The job required several visits to allow coats to dry, etc. and they were always courteous and accommodating. After sending him the estimate for repair, he ceased responding to my attempts to contact him. Several days later, I received a condescending and disrespectful phone call from one of the owners, Paul, who rudely informed me that they hadn't gotten back to me because "they were busy," demanded video evidence that the damage had been caused by a Calco employee, suggested that because I live in Lancaster City and park on the street that I should expect that my car will be damaged, and accused me of "threatening his business" when I stated my intention to leave honest reviews of my experience. I regret trusting that as my neighbors and members of my community they would take responsibility for damage caused by their employees."
