X-Pert Pool Service

We had a leak in the return line of our pool and contacted them for an estimate. They came to the house unannounced and came into the yard. My mother was home alone and that really scared her. They called and gave us an estimate and we told them we would get back to them. Then they came to the house again unannounced and did the work, we hadn't even given them the okay. We wound up going to court with them because we had not authorized them to do the work but they won because they had done the work. This was at the end of the season, when we went to close our pool for the winter we found that they had put our filter back together incorrectly and we had to purchase a new filter the next summer.

I've used this company repeatedly to close my pool at the end of the season, and as usual they were prompt, cheerful, courteous and respectful. The crew of 4 (owners included) showed up on schedule and proceeded to vacuum, check chemicals, remove water and hardware (ladder, etc.), and perform all the other multiple functions that go along with pool winterization (just the word makes me shiver). Their team is professional, efficient,and it's evident that they take pride in their work.
