Done Rite Pressure Wash

We contacted Mr Evans to give us an estimate on power washing our traditional 2 story house with white siding. He came out that day and gave us the estimate, and scheduled us for the following week. We were not home the day he came, so we left him a check for $200. Our first mistake we later learned. When we returned home that evening, we noticed white streaks all over the house, dirt and mud runs everywhere, and mud splattered on the windows on the back windows. I immediately called Mr Evans about the mess, and he apologized profusely, promising to come fix the mistake. We actually felt like he was going to honor this and come fix our house! Second mistake. He scheduled us for the following week, never called, never showed up. I called him, he explained that it was too hot and his workers were older and tired from the heat. It was 95 degrees that day, we completely understood. He rescheduled us, again, for the following week. Big surprise, he never called or showed up again. And he would not take or return our phone calls. For the next 3 weeks my husband and I called the three (3) numbers he gave us, leaving voice messages, text messages and never hearing anything. I finally got ahold of 4 days ago and he promised me a refund. I have persued legal action against this man and his company, which we will follow through with if we do not receive our refund. I wish this site allowed me to post pictures of the mess he made of our siding. Everyone that comes to my front door asks what happened. I will make it my mission to let as many people as I can know what a horrible business this is.
