ZURCHER HOME IMPROVEMENTS

Tom, Zach and Russell were fantastic. Communication was great, all the way from initial contact through completion of the project. They made recommendations, but never made me feel like I was under pressure. The finished product is beautiful, quality, and excellent craftmanship. I told the guys to watch out....now that I have their number, I will be calling them for any future projects that I have! I would, and have, recommended them. Thank you!

Tom came and discussed our door replacement project. He discussed all aspects of the project and then provided a detailed quote. The actual installation was done in a professional manner. The finished doors look fabulous inside and outside. The doors function flawlessly and are well sealed against the cold and wet. We would definitely hire Zurcher’s again.

Team showed expertise and knowledge of products and pricing was precise. Contact was made as promised and updates provided. We were informed each step of the way. Installation and attention to detail and respect for homeowner was right on the mark. Follow-up was amazing.... we thought one of the panes was scratched and contacted Mr. Zurcher who responded immediately and within 10 minutes a new panel was ordered; HOWEVER, it was only glue and our misconception and did not need any remediation.... Felt foolish but Mr. Zurcher assured us that if at any time we had a question to always reach out. The quality of this experienced team is fair, honest and trustworthy.

We hired the Zurcher’s to do a multiple window replacement and install of a new front entry door. From the early stage of design and choosing products, Tom was knowledgeable and helpful. He suggested we use the provia app, which allowed us to visually create a custom painted door with beautiful glass, without any guessing of how the finished product would match with the house. The install was efficient, clean, enjoyable and professional. In one day’s work, we had two large windows replaced, trimmed and a new front entry door hung with complete reconstruction of the frame plus they re-hung our existing screen door per our request. The craftsmanship is second to none. The crew is respectful of your home and space and clean up as if they were never there. Great! We consulted several times to come up with the best option & chose sliding doors all around to provide the most amount of visibility. The men were prompt, polite & hard working. They worked quietly, stored items neatly for the next day & cleaned up thoroughly. When they discovered that the roof needed to be replaced, they were able to do it the very next day! They took extra time to wrap the poles supporting the roof which added to the aesthetics and essentially made it maintenance free. They did an extremely good job & I would recommend them to anyone!

Tom the owner came with two employees. They were on time and went straight to work. They finished the installation of windows in one day.

Always easy to reach, returned calls, came on time as scheduled. Friendly, trustworthy, great craftsmanship and work ethic. I would highly recommend them and actually already have.

Provider arrived on time, covered everything that needed covering, removed the existing doors, baseboards and a long diffuser from fhe original HVAC system, located under the living room window. Installed doors, etc. in 1.5 days. Also filled in the gaps from where the diffuser had been Cleaned up everything and put the furniture back. We had gotten quotes from a couple of contractors, and Tom's price and quality was our best value. I plan to use this provider again to do the same type of work in the bedrooms (baseboards and closet doors).

The quality of the products were great and the service was spectacular. They were professional and got the job done in the time frame that they said they would. The installation was perfect. And they were particularly great about cleaning up after they were done.

Provider showed up on time, double-checked the doors and the measurements prior to removing our existing doors. Covered our carpet, TV, etc. to keep from any debris. Doors were installed and adjusted within the timeframe we were told. Seal around the door was done extremely well - do not feel any cold air around the door, even with the main door open. Provider cleaned up everything around that area (and it has probably not been that clean since). I am hoping to work with this provider again soon to get some other doors, etc. replaced!

Tom Zurcher did a wonderful job installing our 3 doors. He was contracted through Lowe's to do our installation. He came out on a Sunday to do our measurements and we had the doors installed within days of their delivery to the store. He notified me of any tough spots and expected extras and when the time came for installation, there were no problems. He and is crew went over everything with me after installation, answered all my questions and even touched up a few things for me. They left my home as clean as when the came and the doors look and work great. He even left all extra supplies. I would certainly work with them again.

Tom is great to work with. This is the second door we have had Tom install for us. He's always great to work with. He's on time, professional and always leaves a clean job site.

The experience was excellent. The attention to detail was great. This is an older home, and it took some real work to get the door to fit perfectly and to look like it was the original door. They cleaned everything up when they were done. If not for the new door, you never would have known they were there.
