 + -1 moreSpoke to Father over the phone- sent son out for estimating purposes- checked everything out & told me exactly how they would do the system- he quoted me a price & I asked him to write up a contract, he said it would be the first of week & then I did not hear f/over 3 weeks, When he did call, he just mentioned coming out to do work w/out contract.

 + -1 moreI contacted Zucco Security System & Communications for information concerning a security system for my home. I was given accurate information, and all my questions were answered before an appointment was made. The system was installed professionally and efficiently by Gino Zucco an his son Michael. These men are personable, polite, and easy to talk with concerning the system and the options available to me. After having contacted ADT systems (read review), I certainly appreciated that Zucco Security was both knowlegeable and honest while dicussing the options. Through their advice I was able to choose options that were suitable for my situation, and there was no "sales pitch" to sway my decisions. I am extremely pleased with the system - Mike explained very well how to operate the system, and his concise directions were very much appreciated by me - a low-tech person. The system has practical options for maximum effectiveness, and I especially like the additional smoke detector which reports directly to the central office. This company was recommended to me by two neighbors, and I would certainly pass on my recommendation to others. Congratulations to Zucco Security and Communications for a job well done and very much appreciatedl

 + -1 morePolite, punctual, professional, and efficient. Charges $84 an hour, but worth it.
Description of Work: Repaired an alarm system that was self-installed by a previous owner of my house and was not monitored by any agency. All other security and alarm companies refused to repair it, but Mr. Geno Zucco and his son fixed it in a jiffy. Subsequently, they also replaced my video intercom and went out of their way to find the exact model for my needs.
