He came quickly and gave us our estimate quickly. He was very helpful and came up with solutions that would save us money. One of the things we needed was a new bifold door on a closet; he said he felt our old one could be repaired and offered to try to repair it ; he said if it didn't work, he would not charge us for the time that he worked on it. Dan was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. We decided to use him for our work and gave him a deposit. He was going to come to complete the work a few days after we gave him the deposit (very quick compared to others). Unfortunately, he had a serious family illness and was unable to do the work. He personally came to our home to return our deposit check and explain why he could not complete to work as planned. We liked him so much that we decided to put some of our work off until a later date hoping that he will be able to work for us once the family illness is resolved. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future.

He came when he said he was coming, finished when he said he would, and did a good job.

Making the appointment was thorough, efficient and pleasant. Dan was on time for initial visit to look at the situation and give an estimate. Was able to return, on time, the next day do to the work. Completed the work in less time than he had estimated. Brought spare parts (tubing) in case I purchased the wrong stuff. A completely positive experience.
