+ -1 moreWe are 100% satisfied with Zambano. Crew is excellent, Subcontractors are well -qualified. Price is great considering the compnay provides great service and quality craftsmanship. They are also very responsive to needs of customer.
Description of Work: We had a leaky basement that had led to mold overtaking our refinished basement. We needed the leak solved, the foundation restored and water proofed, and the refinished basement gutted and restored. We also needed a small addition put on our house to provide a mudroom, bathroom, and new patio area as the old one didn't just look like garbage but also was leading to the water issues in our basement. (Shunting water into our foundation.) Zambano and Sons were amazing. Their crew were top notch, especially the carpenters and masonry guys. We had very specific aesthetic (metal roof, blue stone patio, up-lit tree, certain feel to bathroom, etc.) as well as functional requirements and Zambano exceeded the all. Ian, the owner and general contractor, was very responsive and knowledgeable and bent over backwards, - even taking a cut into his profits - to make things right.
