I am very happy with Witt's service. They are easy to schedule an appointment with and the technician always arrives on time. I have been happier with certain technicians more than others, but they have all been very professional and helpful. I feel that the Top Care program is a great deal, since I am paying monthly for unlimited service calls, I never have to think twice about calling if there are any pest problems and the preventative treatment on the exterior house has definitely made a dramatic improvement as well.

It has been perfect. They have done exactly what they said they were going to do. I think they are reliable and I would recommend them!

They come when they say they are going to come and they do a good job.

They were very good. He explained how he was going to do the work, what he was going to do where he was going to put stuff down. He was a very nice, young man and did a real nice job.

I was happy with their service. There wasn't any follow up as I expected, but I was happy with the outcome.

So far so good and at the time we got them they were competitive but now that we are in the maintenance stage, I am going to go look at a competitor to see if we can do better. The quality of work was fine and that is why we have kept them.

I liked the confidence in the initial contact. The guy was very confident that his product was good. They did a comprehensive check of all of the traps. They set 18 traps all around my house, and they checked everyone. I was very pleased with their visit. I didn't compare too many prices, but I think they are competitive. I would use this provider again.

They have good service, but watch out getting hooked into contracts.

They were nice and helpful. The problem didn't actually get resolved the first time so we called back. They sent someone out again to do another treatment. After the second treatment the problem was resolved. It ended up being pretty good.

I like their professionalism and punctuality; they show up when they say they are going to show up. They explain exactly what they are doing. I pay $29 a month. I would rate them highly.

We are a regular customer of Witt Pest Management. They are reliable and cost effective. The representative that they send is professional and good to work with. We’ve been using them for a year. I don’t really know the details about the amount that we spend on their service. We will use their services again in the future.

I saw a few mice in the brush in my side and back yards (my new house was very overgrown when I moved in), so I decided to call an exterminator then clear the brush. Witt was very professional and detailed on the phone. They outlined the program I'd be buying (Top Care) which included a first visit and 3 follow ups with optional monthly fee of $39 for anytime callbacks. The service-people were very prompt for their appointment and thorough: they left bait boxes in key spots after scouting the whole property, asked about my insect and other pest issues and then searched for and found several wasp nests (which they also treated). The whole visit took over an hour and a half and involved scouting around and treating the whole property. I haven't seen a mouse since (the groundhog family are fine!), much less wasp activity, and no stinkbugs since the treatment (I was killing about 6-10 per day inside the house prior). The service-person answered all my questions and provided a lot of information about keeping outdoor pests under control. All in all, it was not the cheapest service, but it was better than I expected.

I’m on a contract with them. I had a terrible problem with moths last year and they did a very good job of helping me to get rid of them. One more thing that I thought was really good about them is that they give a lot of education. They really like sat there and explained to me exactly what I have to do in terms of things I had to cover and things I had to clean. I was able to get rid of the moths in about three months which I understand is pretty good. There was just one thing that I was unhappy with. One time I specifically asked them not to come into the house and I didn’t want them using anything in the house which they haven’t told me about at the time, but they came in anyway and put stuff down after I asked them not to. They’ve been very good since then. They realized that they had made a mistake and they’ve been very good since then. So that was the only incident that I was unhappy with. I think they are actually quite good. I would use their services again in the future.

I called Witt Pest Management and spoke with Eric, who collected the information regarding my problem. He called me back within 15 minutes and indicated that he could have a technicial at my house within two hours. I was thrilled. The technician was wonderful. Stan arrived a few minutes early, was professional and very knowledgeable. He educated me about the rodent problem, where the mouse was coming from, and how to prevent it. He used shoe covers and even cleaned up the mouse droppings. I could not have asked for better service. He was at my house for over an hour. This is an excellent company.

I called for an appointment and was able to schedule one right away but it had to be scheduled about a week in advance. Otherwise everything about the experience went well and we will definately schedule Witt again in the future.

EACH MONTH THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME OUT AND CHECK THE SYSTEM. THE WORKERS NEVER CAME THE DAY OR TIME THEY WERE SCHEDULED TO. WHEN MANAGEMENT WAS CALLED, THEY MADE EMPTY PROMISES OF SCHEDULING AND IT WOULD NEVER BE AS THEY SAID IT WOULD.
