Dave was great! Answered all of my questions and gave great advice on how to prevent any possible insect problems.

He sprayed in the bathrooms, and laundry where the ants and silverfish had been seen. Set traps in the attic and garage for rodents. Then treated outside of house. During treatment found a line of carpenter ants going up a rain spout. Explained that the treatment was safe for pets, and that they would come back if we see anything again. He was very thorough and polite.

Both the scheduler I talked with and the technician who came out were very professional. The technician was very thorough and I feel that they stand behind their work

We had a bunch of dead swarmed by our kitchen window! They came out and did a full inspection of the house and installed baiting systems outside! They came within 2 days of me calling! Prompt and professional! Less than half of the cost of Orkin!

While using another pest control company, the situation got severely out of control. After reading reviews about Witt, I contacted them. After an initial inspection, they came up with a plan of action. Witt scheduled weekly visits in the beginning, and quickly reined in the problem. Because of our location, pests are a constant issue, so they still come every other week. Our technician is great. He is very knowledgeable about all kinds of pests, and the best way to treat them in each situation. It's like watching a detective show, the way that he sleuths around the building, observing activity and tracking the culprits. In addition to eliminating the problems that you already have, they help to pest proof your space, to prevent new infestations. We have a very large place that takes them about an hour to service. The other company was just going through the motions. Witt is fantastic and I enthusiastically recommend them to anybody with pest issues.

They showed up on time each time they were out. They were always professional and friendly. Their treatment appears to have solved our problem.

The first visit went very well, however subsequent visits were less than satisfactory. On the last visit, the company did not even tell me they were coming out and only treated the exterior of the house since I was not home.

Good, Mark, our technician was excellent. Yellow jackets resolved at time of service. Treated for carpenter ants, seems to have taken. Rodent still not resolved, but traps in place. Had to have them come back to treat a yellow jacket nest in the ground, handled as part of the monthly package. Only nit is promised a call back on Monday (had to call in on the weekend), didn't receive call back until second contact and received call on Tuesday. Tuesday the situation was treated. 275 was first treatment, 40/month thereafter for three treatments per year and any needed ad hoc visits.

The service included the initial treatment and a followup visit which were very thorough, and the treatment is still effective in killing insects even after four weeks.

They went over everything they were going to do ahead of time, looked at specific areas of my yard that I had questions about and answered all of my questions. They performed the service and afterwards told me to contact them for any follow ups if necessary. I've used them in the past and they have always been informative and professional, and their work effective. They helped me get rid of some carpenter ants a few years ago and gave me some tips for keeping them away.

It was great. No problems. The guy that came over was very efficient, polite and gave helpful suggestions for keeping the ants from coming back.

They went above and beyond for me. I honestly couldn't speak higher of them. Adam and Joe were thee best and so patient. Answered emails and phone calls. Definelty take pride in their work. Joe has a great sense of humor, Adam was always a great support and involved with the process. Even the people that answer the phones and Eric who wrote up the quote was amazing. Technicians were so nice and professional. Very personable people.

Ross came out to help me with a rat issue in an old house with a poorly-conceived crawl space. He helped me identify the problem, explained why he was setting the traps where he was and provided insight into permanent fixes. A few days later, after a few days of listening to the rats being trapped, I called to ask about more fixes. Ross took 20 minutes out of his Saturday night to talk me through the problem, then came out Sunday morning. He set more traps, poured more poison and identified two new areas in the kitchen where they were getting inside. Suffice to say this wasn't a problem I was well-equipped to handle myself, and I'm very grateful to Ross for his knowledge and attentiveness. He was very nice and very patient.

There was some miscommunication to begin with, but it was addressed in a professional manner and I'm happy with their service. The problem was that they mistakenly sent a person who had a back injury for the originally scheduled inspection, which made it impossible for him to enter my crawlspace. Mr. Witt called me a few days later and we rescheduled the inspection. They sent Stan to do the inspection this morning. He was very professional and shared a lot of information about what he saw, and how the Sentricon system works. About 15 minutes after the inspection Mr. Witt called with a quote that was quite a lot less than I had expected. Me and my wife will be considering whether or not to get the baiting system installed, but if we do we'll definitely be going with Witt.

He came to my house twice, and advised caution each time. I was trying to take care of the problem- having been bitten and seen one bedbug.- without chemicals, by cleaning, washing bedclothes and bedding, and vacuuming. By the time I called him, even though I had bites, he could find no evidence of bedbugs, no feces, no castings, so he advised me to continue what I was doing. We spoke over the phone and he paid a second visit. Finally, he told me that he was sure I didn't have bedbugs at that time. Perhaps, he said, I had carpet beetles, but he didn't suggest any treatments. He could have suggested spraying, or brought in a dog that sniffs out bedbugs, but he showed caution, integrity and empathy. He had a lot of information about the habits of the pest, and shared it with me. He suggested I had a light infestation, and probably killed off the pests.

We moved into a new home right in the middle of ant activity season. And boy, did we have an ant problem! After laying no less than 50 indoor ant traps, and still having to battle the little black and crazy ants all day, every day, we finally called in pros. Witt's tech was really great and did an amazingly thorough job of searching out all of the nests on our property that led to the infestation inside our our and also inside our attached rental unit too. He sprayed and destroyed the nests and we have been able to finally relax and unpack the food in our kitchen and sit in our living room without having ants crawl all over us. Since Witt came and sprayed we have not seen a single ant inside the house. Thank you!

It was the first I used them. They are expensive. I think it is the last time I will ever use them, for what I paid, no. It is the second time I've had a pest control company and I will never use them again. It is ridiculous what they charge for what they do. He resolved the issue. He put poison down, the same poison you can buy at Home Depot, that is why I was a little upset by the whole thing. I paid $200 for something that I could have paid $24. It is the second time it has happened. He was here when he said he would be. He was a nut case; he put his hand in the rat holes and all sorts of stuff! I would not use them again because of the price.

The Witt guy came on time for the appointment. He told us that the insects were not termites....just ants. No charge. And he did not try to sell us something that we don't need.

Everything went well. From start to finish. Waiting to see what he finds, when he returns.

We had trapped 4 mice in our kitchen area (disgusting!) and decided to call an exterminator to identify and block mice entryways. I called at 8AM and the Witt employee said they would come out from 3-5PM. I requested that they call me prior to arriving, so that I could meet them at the house, since I work close to home. Stan called me at 2:15PM and we started the inspection around 2:30PM after introducing himself. He did a thorough inspection of each floor of the house, the attached garage, and all around the exterior. He pointed out several holes in our house's stone walls and plugged several of them with steel wool. He placed 4 poison boxes in the attic's crawl place, and 2 in the basement ceiling. He also placed 2 big rat/mice traps against the exterior of the house just outside of the kitchen walls. He checked the whole kitchen and placed additional poison squares behind the stove and next to the dishwasher. Stan was very professional, arrived on time, and had a clearly identified Witt uniform and vehicle. He was very pleasant, easy to talk to, and took his time answering all my questions regarding how to keep the mice out in the future, explaining what he was doing, and what he was placing around the house. We really appreciate the quick response and would not hesitate to call Witt in the future, if another pest problem were to occur. Thanks!
