Windo Van Go

It did not..they did not bother to call me back..and I would have been a repeat customer.

Until I receive a response, I will be posting reviews reflecting this poor customer service. I am extremely disappointed because I had the impression they were professional and cared about customers. Very unhappy.

Scott and Ron did such a terrific job on installing blinds in my bedroom and in upholstering an antique chair that I asked them to do another dozen set of blinds. They did; the work was excellent, the prices reasonable for the quality -- and my house looks much more polished and finished now! I had been a little worried about the upholstery job because I wanted the chair covered in a historically appropriate William Morris pattern -- though I only had 1.5 yards, and the company making the cloth had gone out of business! The job turned out beautifully; the pattern lined up perfectly, and there were no complaints about not enough cloth. I know that if you're not happy, they'll make it right. And I believe them.

Windo Van Go is fantastic, they do great work. Scott is the sales person, and he will go to your home and let you know what your options are and will help you pick something out that works best for you. The installer's name is Ron, and he works very professionally. They install everything quickly and make sure it is 100% perfect. I would not recommend anyone else, Windo Van Go provides a fantastic service at a good price.

Windo Van Go did an excellent job. We needed window treatments for our new baby's nursery. Scott (sales person) came and educated us on all of the offerings they had (there are many). After walking us through the various models we picked a set of blinds that are gorgeous! They are also very easy to clean as the slats easily come out to clean or dust them one by one. Scott took all down all of the measurements on that first sales call. Within a week he called back to schedule the installation. The installer (Ron) came to install the blinds. Ron was quick, efficient and professional. He installed the treatments on 5 windows in the nursery in less than an hour. He was mindful of our baby and took great care to be clean and neat in our house. We plan to use them again as we continue to decorate our house.

It is a good story. I ordered the Silhouette blinds from Scott (the sales person in this team)and was given good advice on my options and suggestions on design. Since it was close to the holidays, we postponed the installation until after all the commotion died down. Ron (the installation person of the team) called and we made an appointment for the install. Ron arrived on time and set about installing our blinds. He was meticulous in taking down the old blinds and reinstalling the new blinds. He did not finish until everthing was perfect. We were thrilled with our choice and the room is light and airy. Ron took the old blinds and asked if we were satisfied. He even removed the old hardware from the walls. Perfection is his goal. We love the look and the service of both Scott and Ron.

I put deposit down in September and they didn’t come to pick my sofa until November. It took them 3-4 days to do the work once they had it. They shouldn’t have taken the money way before the work was done.

They did a great a great job. I used them about 10 years ago and was happy with them so I called them again and they did a great job again. I would highly recommend.
