Deck was removed, roof replaced, deck rebuilt and damaged room below was repaired and replastered. My new no-maintenance deck and room below are beautiful!

The gentleman showed up and you could tell right away he wasn't going to do the job. Instead of just saying so. He asked what needed done and I told him. He acted like he measured the steps that needs redone. It was a quick pull out the measuring tape and just tell me a number type of deal. Said he could do it. Measured the width thats it. I told him about the fence. You could tell right then and there he wasn't going to do the job. He didn't take measurements, didn't ask what type of fence, nor asked about what kind or how many gates I would like. Just said yes I could do it. He asked about the roof. He measure half assed. Then that was that. He said he would email me in a couple days and give me a price. That was over a week ago and nothing. No response. He didn't even measure the fence or anything. Figured he thought I didn't have the money and took off. I seen good ratings and tried to the company a try. Hopefully he's better with other customers. Shame people judge a book by its cover. Could of got a lot of work out of me.

The service was excellent, fair in price, honest and on time.

It went very well. They were very punctual. They always come when they said they would. They always completed the job. I'm very satisfied with their work. They were very good. They had a reasonable price.

Very well. They started fixing the major issues (including reinforcing beams, fixing large whole in roof, putting on a new roof... ) within a week of our agreement with the insurance company and had as up and operating in a short-time. Overall did a great job across the board. Easy to communicate with... the people who did the work were polite and communicative and seemed motivated to get everything right. A pleasure to deal with them.

He was thoroughly a contemptible and detestable person. He told me he would come and give me an estimate on my roof. I cleaned the attic and everything, and waited for him for two days. I had to call him back, he said he drove past and I needed an entire new roof. It was a leak from hurricane Sandy. I ended up calling other contractors and I only needed two shingles wrapped on. Whitney was very condescending and ignorant. He was just horrible; I would never deal with him again ever. He quoted $1000 to replace my entire roof according to his drive by of my house. He was arrogant. I actually could not even tell you what he looked like, I waited for him all day and he never even got out of the car to meet me. I talked to him over the phone, my first initial call to him he was very nice and when I called back he acted like I was wasting his time, because I was waiting to see when he was going to stop and walk. I did not even know that he drove by. I asked him how could he make a correct estimate just by driving by and he just stuck to I needed an entire new roof, which my insurance guy came out and he said my roof was fine and I was just missing a few shingles.

They are very professional and did a great job. The price I thought was reasonable.

They were very competitively priced, very responsive and punctual for our appointmrnt to have the roof reviewed.Even though we did not choose to go with them for the roof, we will keep them in ind to bid for other projects.

They were very good. Their work was good. When I called them, they came out promptly to look at the work. I could have got a better price. I would use them in the future.

HE HELPED DESIGN PROJECT, LISTENED TO MY SUGGESTIONS AND INCORPORATED THEM. STARTED JOB WHEN HE SAID, TOOK THERE TIME TO DO IT RIGHT. AS PROJECTS DO ADDITIONAL COST WERE INCURED HE WAS EXTREAMLY FAIR IN PRICING THAT. END OR EVERYDAY PLACE WAS CLEAN WE ABLE TO MOVE AROUND SAFELY. THEY ARE FINISHED WE ARE HAPPY.
