The guys that installed our shower worked all day to finish the install in one day. They removed the old tub shower and removed all the debris, installed new plumbing and shower in one day. needless to say these men worked hard. they also cleaned up when done. I had a terrible experience. What was supposed to be a one day job turned into four days and it is still not completed properly. I had to wait almost two months for them to complete. They cracked bathroom tile and they put a hole in my bathroom floor without explaining what they were doing. The price was so ridiculous. After talking with people who used other companies, I got ripped off terribly! Do not hire!

West Shore provides top notch quality and customer service. This was our second time working with them, and as always they do not disappoint. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

West Shore is great! From our salesman, Cody M to the installers, Cody H and Tim S, first class work. Tub/shower installed same day and looks wonderful. Definitely would recommend West Shore! We plan to have them back to do a shower replacement.

I will never use West Shore ever again. It is now going into the 4th month and my shower is still not done. I have made many many calls, and it is a terrible company to work with. It is one excuse after another. I am also disappointed in the quality of the material they used. I would never recommend West Shore to anyone. The review would only let me do half a star, and it is not even a half star rating it is a 0. For the price, they charge a person they should not have to wait for months to have a shower installed.

Installers Rick C. and Jimmy S. were on time. They were polite and explained everything they were doing. They completely cleaned up everything when they were finished. They did a great job on our new walk in shower. It made our small bathroom look bigger and it"s handicap accessible which is what we needed. We highly recommend West Shore. We had two people stop yesterday and ask about the work and the quality that West Shore has and we told them to call y'all that they will be more than happy with the work. Thanks again guys.

I was very pleased with the install experience. The installers Craig D. and Rob T. were awesome. What a great team!! They were very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable in knowing that the job would be completed without any complications. Craig went above and beyond to ensure that our existing storm door was able to be used and it actually works better than it had before! It was truly a 5 Star experience. I am so happy!! I would recommend Westshore to all of my friends and family!! Thank you so much!!
