The sales rep Keith H. was very respectful and easy to get ahold of. He was very patient and walked me through the entire process. Once the door was ordered and an installation was scheduled, Dave M. and Bill B. showed up on time and got to to work quickly. They made sure to cover their work area to not make a mess inside my home, and cleaned up entirely after leaving no sign of their work except for the beautifully installed door. They kept me up to date during the install and made sure i was happy with the product and the work before they left. The entire process was very easy and the customer service was above and beyond my expectations. I plan on using West Shore Home for future projects on my home!

Joe and Tim, the crew on the project for 6/25/21 installing my new tub and surround, were very courteous, professional and hard workers. It was a long day and I didn't notice any breaks for lunch or anything. The working space was small and had many steps with every trip. Never seemed tired (had to be) or unpleasant. Please give them a large bonus!! They went over what they did and explained thoroughly and kindly answered any questions I had. I observed how well they worked together and seemed to enjoy the project. The finished product looks fantastic and everything was left clean.

Had a bath to walk-in-shower conversion completed. Davon C. and Eric S. did a wonderful job. Worked hard from the beginning of the day to the end making sure everything was done with perfection. I felt bad they took no breaks, that I bought all of us pizza for lunch lol Very professional, using top notch materials that last a lifetime. Thank you!

The installers from Westshore (Ralph, Steve, Eric, Brett, Shaina, Aaron, and Dave) did a fantastic job installing our new windows. It only took them 1 1/2 days to install 21 windows. All very professional and knowledegable. They were also able to correct an issue from a door that we had installed 3 years ago. Very happy with our service, would recommend!

Mike and Freddy installed our front entry door in one day. They were courteous and professional. The finished job looks great and is high quality.

Installers Michael Harvey and Shyanne Brown were very professional and helpful, they treated the job like perfectionist and cleaned everything up when the job was completed. I love my exterior door. The only problem that we had was with the Screen door and Michael is taking care of the replacement of that door. West Shore conversion of old fiberglass one piece shower to beautiful walk in shower was fabulous!

I just had the most luxurious shower that I have ever had in my own home, thanks to my West Shore Home Design Consultant, Dan P., and my dream shower installers, Dennis R. and Mike C. After putting up with a very old tile (disgusting!) shower/tub for four years, I finally decided to invest in a beautiful, safe, and comfortable shower in the forever home I purchased four years ago. I only wish I hadn't waited so long. As a senior, living on a tight budget, I had previously been shaken by a negative experience with shoddy work for an outrageous price by a different kind of business. I had learned firsthand why many seniors may be reluctant to invest hard-earned savings on home improvements. However, I was determined to find a way to age in place in my home, and not only that, but also to ENJOY it. I got three quotes. The first company engaged in pressure tactics. The second company had dismal reviews. And then Dan showed me the West Shore Home difference in many ways, but most importantly by respecting my personal policy to always sleep on any decision to spend a significant amount of money. I went online and reviewed the many, many rave reviews from satisfied West Shore Home customersâ recent, as well as going back in time, with a personal thank you from the boss for EVERY review. This, along with the quality of the product, and a fair price, helped me to trust West Shore Home to come into my home and work their magic. My installers, Dennis and Mike, were rock stars. They put up with my questions and concerns with the utmost patience. I could see that they had planned everything out carefully, and knew exactly what they were doing. They not only did excellent work, but went about it in such a way as to make it as easy on me as possible. On a hot and humid day, they closed the bathroom door to spare me as much as possible the dust and noise that go with removing an old tub and tile surround, down to the studs, and installing a lovely new shower. In response to every question, they were respectful and gave me honest and clear answers. When it came to design, and things like placement of grab bars and shelves, they offered me various options, and welcomed me to make the final decisions. When I asked for their advice, they shared it, showing me that they are seasoned professionals. They worked hard and long. If they ever took a break during the entire long day, I didnâ t see it. They were prepared for everything. Even in the face of a severe thunderstorm, they set up a tent outside over the spot where they measured and cut the materials for my shower. I cannot be more grateful for the service and quality of product that West Shore Home has provided for me. They have renewed my faith in having a remodeler come into my home to provide me with significantly enhanced safety and comfort. Company rep(installer) was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and kept my house from getting dirty as much as he could. He placed floor covering everywhere he walked and cleaned up after the job was complete. Kept me informed all through his work as to what was happening and always made sure if I had any questions that he answered them.

I had a shower and a bathtub replaced. Each one was completed in one day. Joe & Tim did the shower and Trevor & Tyler did the tub. They both look beautiful and really improve the bathrooms. They cleaned up after the jobs . Very satisfied with the experience and the final product.

We had an excellent experience with West Shore Homes from start to finish! The sales rep Ayden Hanes came and went over everything that it would take replace our tub enclosure with a new shower. Gave us several options for special pricing to lower cost and helped with financing. Showed us samples. Great Job! Our installer, Dylan H, came right on time to start, went over everything before he started to make sure we were getting what we ordered, and went right to work. He was very professional, pleasant and very hardworking and did a fantastic job, finishing in one day as he said he would. Cleaned up and oh my gosh, our shower is beautiful!!!! Changed our bathroom completely and we were just so pleased with his work! We highly recommend West Shore Homes and will use their services again when another project comes up. Thank you so much!
