Eric, Jimmy, and Brett were right on time yesterday and put drop cloths everywhere they'd walk or work. Then old windows were removed carefully and the new ones installed (with equal care). A manufacturing glitch required one new window to be re-ordered. Eric informed me right away and with kind concern. West Shore and the installers were creative and, within an hour, had a temporary window to fill the hole so that it wouldn't need to be boarded up until the replacement arrives. They certainly went above and beyond in terms of service and time invested. When the work was done for the day, the team used both a shop vac and a carpet sweeper to clean every nook and cranny around the site. It will be a few weeks till the replacement window arrives, but so far I could not have asked for a better installation experience.

from the sales rep to the installers I was thoroughly pleased. Both Ralph and Steve did an excellent job not only with installation but also with the clean-up. Very very organized. They were excellent!!

We had Patio Doors replaced in our home. Mike Harvey and Fredie Eddy were our Installers for our Patio Doors. They did a GREAT job. Well prepared, knowledgeable, cleaned-up any mess after finishing the installation.

Want to mention we had Darian W. and Jake K. come to do our work. When they arrived they quickly set up and went to work, not wasting any time. They sure knew what they needed to do. They both were very polite and explained what they were going to do. They also worked well together as a team. Very satisfied and love my walk in shower.

cody m and jordan m did a beautiful job on my new shower. they were veryprofessional and knowledgeable. did a great job cleaning up after the job was complete. i would highly recommend them.

West Sore was very professional and did a great job with our tub/shower remodel. The salesman was very knowledgeable and straight forward and guided us through the process. The gentleman that came to do the work (by himself) did a great job and we love the finished look. Would recommend West Shore from start to finish. They made our bathroom remodel so easy!

The two workers, Jordan Smith and Jimmy, were exceptionally well-trained and worked together excellently. I am always impressed with the personnel and quality of workmanship I have seen and experienced with West Shore home. This is the sixth time I have had West Shore come to my home for replacement projects. Their workers have replaced two showers, 16 windows and now an entry door with storm door. In fact, this was the third time Jordan had completed a job at my house. I found both men personable, efficient, and professional in all that they did. I highly recommend them.

Mike, Freddie and Judah were both courteous and professional. They did a great job and we are very satisfied.

The 7 guys who came to install were all very friendly, hard working, and answered any questions I had. The work was professional and they cleaned up after. Very professional and considerate installers. The main installer kept us informed and explained all aspects of the job. The clean up of our house was great! Not a bit of dust or dirt was left.

The work turned out beautifully. The tub surround did not come with a window sill, but the supervisor, Danny, made one for us from acrylic and it looks like it always belonged. The installers, Joe and Jim were friendly and did the work superbly. We are happy with the end result.

West Shore performed the replacement of 21 windows in one day. The crew was very professional doing their best to do their job in the cleanest most efficient way. Jordan Smith, the team lead, was very effective in leading his team. Judah, Jimmy, Mike, Dave, Steve and Freddie were all good guys to have in our home. The cleanup during and after the job was as good as can be expected for a job of this size. We are very pleased with the final product and would consider West Shore with any upcoming projects in our home.

Mike, Harvey, Judah, Freddie, Shaniya & Mark were fantastic installers. A few of them were at our home for other installs as well. I can't say enough about this company. They have done our main bathroom install, a large oversized picture window and now bedroom windows. We will not hire any other company to do our remodels. We have a few more to go; french door re-placement is next on the list. The quality of the product is outstanding. The salesmen are top notch and if you have any issues at all they are quick to resolve it. That alone, to us, shows an outstanding customer service oriented company and wins us every time. West Shore Homes is our go-to company. You won't be sorry for hiring this upstanding outfit. As a disclaimer we do not own any part of this company and have no family or friends working here. :)

My Bathtub was replaced with acrylic tub and walls. It was done beautifully. Very professiona. Joe and Tim had some obstacles to overcome but they both did the job well. Thank you Joe and Tim! Keep up the great work! Hope to work with West Shore Bomes again.ð   The Lindsey's Upper Yoder

Work was completed quickly and cleaned up in one day. Sean C. And Mike C. were hard workers and professional.

Ryan did our install and was great. He is an asset to West Shore. Professional and very neat. Explained everything perfectly. Extremely pleased with the work he did. Can not believe he did the entire job by himself .

Replaced exterior door and storm door - thrilled with results. Very professional and entire process went smoothly from sales call to installation. Jordan S and Shanqia B showed up exactly on time and were courteous and hard working, even in extreme heat and humidity. Would recommend.
