Every employee from start to finish was a professional and valued my time. It felt like a small family business, I was pleasantly surprised.

Steven and Hunter were very personable and did an excellent job. I am missing two screens for my largest window. I was informed that they have been ordered, so I'm waiting for that. Otherwise all is good.

The sales people, second measurer and installers need to get on the same page as to what homeowners need to do to prepare for window installations. We were told that all installation would take place outdoors and that was not true. It need to be better explained that you need to only take drapes down, not the hardware associated with them.

We had a tub to shower conversion. We are extremely pleased with the work that Mike C, Mason H, and JT did. They were very professional, explained everything that was involved with the project and did a great job. Thank you very much.

Absolutely amazing, we had the old walk-in shower removed, new shower with all the extras is perfect in every regard, work was done/completed just as the ads say, Andrew F arrived at 8:30am and was gone by 5pm, he wouldn't take time for a snack or lunch, insisted on working through by himself, not a ding/scratch/mark on the floor/walls, perfectly neat and clean. He came prepared with coverings for our carpeting from the garage to the back of the house, brought a vacuum to clean up what very little dirt the whole project made.

I had West Shore Home take out my old tub and replace it with a new tub and beautiful shower. They replaced my old tub in 1 day and it is absolutely beautiful! I love it. The installers Eric S and Robert H were great! I have never seen two people work so hard. They are great installers. They are so friendly and polite. Top notch employees!
