This was the second door that West Shore installed for me. Extremely happy with the results and the quality of work. Would not hesitate to use them a third and fourth time

My new shower was done in one day! My designer, Jason listened to my needs and helped me choose exactly what I needed. The installer Joe .Burkheimer was very professional and efficient. He did a great job!

At the end of the day a beautiful new shower was the only evidence that work had been done. Our experience exceeded our expectations.

Work was good but left a mess in the driveway which filtered into my French drain with the rain until I realized it and cleaned it, rutted my yard while leaving, and left the old drain trap and attached pipes laying in my viney ground cover. They did give me a one hundred dollar check to cover the cost of me repairing my yard.

Mike C and Tuncay O did am outstanding job of installing a wakin shower in my home. They did a beautiful job on install and thoroughly cleaned up after they were finished. Overall I am very pleased with the Fi wished product. Great job guys.

Justin D. and Mason H. were very courteous and professional throughout installation. We're very happy with our new shower which replaced an old tub, greatly improving the aesthetics and safety of the bathroom. They completed the job on time, answered all questions and left the work area clean.

We had a new shower installed and Dylan H. and Robert H. did a great job in about half the time we thought it would take. They worked really hard, were focused on the task at hand and had the old shower out and the new one installed in about 3.5 hours. They also cleaned up nicely after themselves.

Sean M., Sean Carew and John H were all very prompt and professional. The final outcome was exactly how it was supposed to be and was finished on time.

Jimmy S. was very professional. He did great work. Very nice finish.

First, they gave an original estimate and setup order, then it took a year and I called back to rebook. They came out and did our shower and tub replacement and 6 months later there were stress cracks in the tub. They came out and checked it, said that they would come out and fix it, set up an appointment then canceled and said they could not match the color of the tub. They then scheduled a third party to fix it. They came as scheduled and fixed it but the original shine finish is not there although they did fix the stress cracking. I do not know about you out there, but it is not worth the hassle and effort.

They are coming on Monday. Very courteous on the phone

Our West Shore Home doors were installed yesterday, and they are amazing! This experience has been great from the start, from our sales rep Jim, everyone on the phone, the gentleman who came to confirm measurements, and ESPECIALLY the five-man crew who came in and did such a fine job for the day! We have two double-hung doors with the storm doors, and a sliding glass door, which they completed in just about six hours. Out with the old and in with the new. They cleaned up the areas better than I had to begin with. Thank you so much, Dave, Tony, Hunter, Jacob, and Trevor! FIVE GOLD STARS from us. Quality Product. Quality People. Luke M, Evan S, and Jordan M were on time, very professional, requested my input before finishing AND most importantly interacted well with my 9 year old black lab mix who still acts like a puppy with visitors to the house. I would have these 3 gentlemen back again if I engage West Shore again.

Andrew F. was very professional and focused on the project. Andrew completed the installation of our new shower in one day. I only wish that the salesman had given us options for the shower head. Not pleased with the shower head at all and for the price of the shower it is a disappointment.

The experience with the people and the look of the finished product is great. But we already had to have them back out twice because of leaking shower both out the shower door and also under the shower into our basement. Now we are noticing that all the caulking is coming off from shelves and walls and will have to have someone come out again. It has only been 1 month 3/7/22 was our installation date and today is 4/8/22. After spending so much money it it quite scary to think that after 1 month we will already have them back out 3 times to look at it and fix something. I can not be more sad and upset about this. I had a lot of faith and now everything has been crushed.

I love my new shower! I was very pleased with the installer Jimmy S. He was very friendly and polite and cleaned up after himself. He showed up exactly at 8 am. Right on time! He did a great job tearing out my old tub/shower and installing my new shower. Done by 4 pm. 5 Stars for Jimmy S.
