The gentlemen were polite and hard working. The workmanship is high quality. The project was completed in one afternoon. They cleaned up and vacuumed! Shout out to Robert H. And Ben O. Thank you for a job well done.

From the Sales person, Nick who did a great explanation of the Company, Service and the Product and all selections. He answered all of our concerns and was very professional!. Then came the installers Mike M and Nick T. Who were very prompt and went over everything we ordered and explained every step they were doing. Super neat , great work ethic, We could not have had a better team. You do not have enough stars for this superb team!! Very pleased with our new shower. 10 + stars from us!!! Very professional from beginning to end. Dalton explained and ordered everything. Mike and Nick installed everything and explained everything to us. We would absolutely give this company 5 stars. Thank you. We love our new walk in shower.

Mike M. and Nick T. were excellent with the whole project from start to finish. They were professional and personable as well. They even cleaned up the entire room! I would definitely hire them again.

Overall, the experience was good. There is a lack of communication from the company regarding timing of the install. But the installers were great. Freddie and Nate were very professional and neat with their installation. I am also very satisfied with the product.

Service was EXCELLENT from start to finish! Nick was awesome helping me with the original plans. He was so genuine and honest. Tyler S & Jordan M were the technicians and they did a FANTASTIC job! Both young men were so polite and personable. I was amazed how quickly they got the job done and left my house perfectly clean. I have already recommended WestShore to several people! Thank you so much! You ALL are AWESOME!!

The replacement of our old windows has changed to feel of our home! The room is quieter and no draft! The new picture windows suggested by out agent was the perfect idea! We now have an unobstructed view of the nature of our back yard to watch the deer and animals in the morning! Thank you West Shore for all your work and professionalism. Brett S, Hunter B, Mark M, Jayden F, & Nate S did an awesome job installing two new huge windows & our front door. The guys were extremely professional & worked quickly. Not only that, I think their post-install clean up left my house cleaner than when they started lol. The new windows & doors look AMAZING! Highly recommend!!!!

Jeff Showers (Sales), Jimmy S and Dylan H (Install) did an incredible job from beginning to end. We had some plumbing issues, but the guys handled everything without a problem. Jeff told us what to expect, helped us pick the right items for our needs. Jimmy and Dylan walked in, introduced themselves and got to work. 6 hours later the install was complete and clean up was done. From our first meeting with Jeff until project completion was approximately 1 month. If you need a tub to shower conversion, this is the way to go. We could not be happier.

James P and Jayden F did a great job on my one day entry door and storm door install! I live in a 110 yr. old home and they encountered many issues! They never complained and worked nonstop for 10+ hours and the result was the most amazing storm door and entry door my house has ever seen! They were efficient and professional! Their clean up was excellent! Josh Devore was my rep and was very instrumental in me deciding to go ahead with the project! The entire experience was A+ ! Thank you West Shore !

This was our second project with West Shore and both experiences have been nothing short of outstanding!!! Al who you first meet with is professional and friendly. He explains everything in great detail and answers all your questions. This time we had a tub to shower conversion. Big shout out to the crew Tyler R. and Cody H for doing a fast and professional job ! Arriving at 8am and finished by 1:30pm everything all cleaned up and wouldnâ t even know they was here ! We love it !!! Highly recommend

They do exactly as advertised. They are very professional Cleaned up well after the job was finished. Went over everything with us. Came in at 9:45 a.m. and took out the tub and installed a walkin shower and left at 6:15 p.m.
