The installer team consisted of Jake and Phil. They were very professional and respectful. They even vacuumed after they were finished. They did a fantastic job and if I needed similar work performed in the future, I would ask for Jake and Phil to do the work. The walk-in shower looks and is terrific! Great job!

The three installers, Steven F, MasonH, Chris S were the most professional, friendly knowledgeable guys with this project. Took time to explain what they were doing and walked us through everything when they were done. Cleaned up immaculately did a beautiful job removing our tub and ceramic tile with a gorgeous walk in shower! Great job guys!

It was a great and seamless experience from the initial meeting to the installation. Everyone was very professional and accommodating. All of my concerns and questions were answered along the way. The work was completed in one day and I have peace of mind because there is a lifetime guarantee. I highly recommend West Shore Home. The rep Al O, and the installers were very knowledgeable about their product.

Design consultant Garrett came went over everything with us helped us pick out everything, was not rushed took his time explaining everything. Didnâ t leave until we were done asking questions. A few days later called and scheduled. Joe B came at 8:30 am. Put tarps down on floor. Went over what he was going to do. Then he started in bathroom. when he was done had me come look. And show where I wanted shelves and safety bars. then he cleaned everything up. Joe had me come in and check everything when he was done. He left a little after 5. Love my new shower. Overall was a great experience. Everyone was very nice and professional.From first phone call To West. Shore to Garrett the consultant to Joe the installer. Would highly recommend.

Fredie and Nate arrived on time and started working immediately. I could tell that they have done this type of installation before because of the speed in which they removed and installed the new doors. They were professional and friendly, answering all of my questions I had about the doors and the installation. This is my first time using West shore home, and Fredie and Nate made it a great experience!

The crew was great. They arrived on time in spite of the snow and cold. They were very meticulous in making sure everything was right. Mike Harvey, Freddy Eddy, Tommy Williams, Hunter Bell and Jayden Funaro were friendly and very knowledgeable. They explained everything from install to registering the product. Highly recommend!

West Shore Home operates very professionally and shows up when they say they will. I had a new entry door installed by James P and Thomas W and they did a meticulous job. While reinstalling a customers preexisting screen door presents problems and is not under the guarantee, they did not do any shortcuts and reinstalled it perfectly. I'm happy.

Brett S, Mark M & Mike M were our installers for our 9 replacement windows. They showed up on time & introduced themselves. I canâ t say enough about this team. They worked non-stop for 10 hours to get this difficult job done. Brett kept me informed about the job along the way pointing out various aspects of the job. I would definitely have them back if any other home improvements are needed. I couldnâ t be more pleased with this window replacement!
