He was just wonderful. When the issue came up on the inspection report, he came out within 45 minutes, so we would be safe. The experience was excellent. He returned my call in five minutes. I asked him if he could come over that very day, and he said he'd be there in a half hour. He showed up at the appointed time. He left, and I was delighted to pay him. He didn't make me pay his normal call-out fee because he was in the neighborhood. He's really cute: when he replaced my light fixtures, he said he was aggravated, so he would charge an "aggravation fee" of $5.

I left a message on his voice mail on a Friday. He called on a Tuesday (Monday was a holiday) and apologized for taking so long to get back to me. He arrived to fix it on a Wednesday. He completed the job in just a few minutes.
