It went well, but they were a bit slow to schedule it and not great at responding to emails about picking out the particular rug pattern. Once it was scheduled, though, the work was performed very well and as scheduled. Our new rug is beautiful - as we would expect for paying top dollar.

Great input about choices and how they might look in the setting. The install was perfect (they ended up doing cutting and binding off-site after the measure) on a continuous staircase and landings from main to third floor. Awesome, professional, perfect job!

They carry high-end furniture and carpet. They staff were friendly. They are unique and have great taste. This was the first time that I have used them.

A decorator who was helping me to find a living room carpet found one she thought was perfect at Weisshouse. She took me with her to see it and I agreed. I bought the carpet, a reproduction oriental style, and padding which was delivered on time. Setting it into place required a lot of furniture moving and the guys took care of that carefully and efficiently. I have been quite pleased with the carpet and the installation ever since.

They were good. I rate them high overall. They were very personable and they did a very good job. They put all the things together. They are expensive. They do great work and have great vision, but they are expensive.

It is one of the few places in Pittsburg where you can find modern style furniture. The ones who installed the carpeting were very good, especially working on the stairway. They have been there for at least two generations, so it is a long standing company. They have a long reputation and they are very responsible. They are very sensitive to new designs. They did the carpeting at a very reasonable price. They have some carpets that they buy in bulk that they give very good prices on. If you like their taste, you can find carpeting at about $5.00/ sq.ft of high quality though. They probably have two sales a year and you can often buy very elegant pieces at a very good price of what they have in stock. We have just been very satisfied with them. We have lived here for 19 years now. They did the original carpeting and then replaced all the carpeting in all the rooms. We have also bought furniture from then in the last 10 years.

I FOUND THE CARPET INSTALLERS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE PRICE WAS EQUAL TO OTHER COMPANIES THAT CHARGED BY THE STEP AND HAD TO SEND OUT THE CARPET TO BE BOUND. FOR THE RUNNER, THEY DID THE BINDING ON SITE WITH THEIR OWN MACHINE.

WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WHEN PURCHASING CARPET OR RUGS FROM WEISSHOUSE. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE, PROVIDE A+ INSTALLATION, SHOW UP ON TIME, AND STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT (INCLUDING INSTALLATION). THEIR WOOL CARPETING IN PARTICULAR IS A VERY GOOD VALUE.
