they demoed the garage left a mess, guys sometimes didn't show and they left bricks and ruined both neighbors yard. I was told the job was going to be finished that day so i paid him even though there was garbage and rebar laying around and after that it was like pulling teeth to get him back. Needless to say they never finished the job and i had to hire another company to finish, clean and fix mine and everyones yards. horrible horrible business if thats what you want to call it. He burned a guy a few doors down as well by getting aid then telling him he would come back to finish and he never did.

The job did not go as smoothly as hoped, but there are always surprises in demo work. The whole crew did not show up every day, which slowed work down; original estimate was to be done in 4-6 days, but the job took nearly 10. The crew was friendly and did a thorough job, but didn't work as efficiently when they were unsupervised, which was often; and many days the crew only worked for about 3-4 hours. The head of the crew, Jerry, is fantastic, but some of the younger workers are still inexperienced. Neighbors complained after the job was done about how noisy it was (apparently, when we weren't there, the crew played loud music and shouted). Chuck was an easy guy to work with, and did everything he promised, and did a thorough walk thru with us several times to make sure nothing was missed. The big issue here is labor management, but when the guys were on site and working they did a good job; it was hard work.
