They weren't honest and accurate about how long it would take to get done. I was living in an apartment and I was paying a mortgage in MO so I needed to get out of the apt get into the house. The work took forever and that affected me financially. They never actually completed the project. I paid them ahead of time because I had enough money to pay it. I paid them on my credit card. No matter what I tried to do they never finished the job. The bathroom cabinets were never hung and the kitchen was not completed.

Their prices were significantly higher than her competitor that we used. The designer never came out to see our kitchen and required us to come to her store several times to talk over options. The office was closed due to bad weather on a day I was supposed to visit and nobody bothered calling, so I left work early and drove in a snowstorm to find the office empty! They pushed Corian countertops, although we wanted granite.

They came out and measured. We have slanted walls so they had to be very careful. Rose did the measuring and she knows what she is doing. They were very thorough.

THEY DID NOT BACK UP THEIR PRODUCT AS STATED IN THE WARRANTY SAYING THAT IF THERE WAS ANYTHING DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR NOT UP TO OUR STANDARDS IT WOULD BE REPLACED. THE SALESMAN HAS BEEN PROMISING SINCE MARCH TO REPLACE THE DOORS AND THE PANELS. THEY HAVE NOT DONE SO. WHEN WE BROUGHT THIS UP THEY SAID THEY WERE NOT GOING TO REPLACE THE DOORS AND NOW THEY ARE WANTING TO CHARGE US EXTRA.
