 + -1 moreThey got the chain freed up from the door so it could be opened easily manually, and then they left and never came back. I called them to find out what was going and they said they were looking for a used traveler (thing that pulls the garage back and forth) I haven't heard a word back.
Description of Work: When they came the chain that operated that door broke.

 + -1 moreI thought that the job was very well done. We would absolutely use them again in the future. They were very friendly. They did an excellent job on the installation and they treated us right.
Description of Work: They replaced our old garage door for us. It is a metal garage door of approximately 7 feet.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY GOOD. THE SALES REP ARRIVED ON TIME AND MADE AN EXCELLENT PRESENTATION. QUOTATION WAS FULLY EXPLAINED. THE SALES REP FOLLOWED UP WITH A LETTER AND HIS HOPE FOR WINNING THE JOB. UNFORTUNATELY HIS QUOTE WAS $500 HIGHER THAN THE OTHER TWO QUOTES. I CALLED AND LET HIM KNOW MY DECISION.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY PROVIDED ME WITH A QUOTATION ON INSTALLING A GARAGE DOOR.

 + -1 moreTHESE GUYS WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS, RETURNED PHONE CALLS AND WERE QUICK GETTING ESTIMATE DONE AND FOLLOWED THROUGH EXACTLY AS PROMISED. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE LOWEST PRICE, BUT I TRUSTED THEM MORE THAN OTHERS WHO HAD LOWER PRICE. THEY SOLD AND INSTALLED THE DOORS, WHERE THE OTHER PLACE JUST HAS A CONTRACTOR THAT THEY SEND OUT THAT YOU DON'T KNOW.
