They communicate very well through email. They will text you to let you know when they are coming or if they cant come if its raining.

I have been using VIP Lawn care for years and it seems that the lawn improves each year. As with any lawn care service it can be a struggle dealing with crab-grass and burned out grass due to weather conditions.

It was fine. I don't have a problem about anything. It is fine with the pricing. It is organic stuff. It was different from the other services I've used. They seem to be reliable. You don't know when they are coming or when they have been there.

Scott Campbell has been doing our lawn for at least 10 years. Other services, such as lime and organic tick control can be added to the base price. I can email Scott whenever I have questions or concerns, and he always give a prompt response. The visits are timed to be 2 in the spring, 2 in the summer and 2 in the fall. It's good to have reliable people provide services.

My experience with VIP Turf Care has been wonderful. Scott, the owner, has responded quickly to any emails I have sent. They come when they say they are coming and the job is done completely. Only complaint is a few weeds along the street area of my lawn and a few dandelions that are still around .. this may be because my neighbors do not treat their lawn and seeds have blown over. Overall, VIP Turf Care has restored my lawn to the way it should be. At the first application, maybe 3 years ago, my lawn was mostly weeds. After the first season you could see a major difference. I would absolutely recommend VIP Turf Care.

I have used Scott @ VIP Turf Care for 2 seasons at the recommendation of several friends. This is a small business and the owner is typically the man who is on the job to apply the materials. He is very responsive to any questions or special requests that I have. I use his 6 application package, additionally I have him put down products to keep the ticks at bay. His prices are reasonable and offers discounts for up-front payment.
