Very poorly, changed the price when he was halfway done, made excuses for not completing job when he said he would, caused major damage to a parking pad with his truck and argued that it was because it was old, then gave me a false insurance card for his auto liability insurance. Stay away from this company, they are unprofessional and dangerous to your property. I would never use them again.

The project was a disaster. He has a brother and other family and friends who help out whenever they show up. This whole family seems interconnected and unreliable. This was a complete horror and reminded me things that I thought I always knew: Don't rely on recommendations of others unless you really know them, and then not for big ticket items, and not for jobs different than what they had done. He was doing landscaping next door with small block walls. Also, these were new neighbors that I didn't really know. But his company name even has the term "concrete" in it! That doesn't mean a thing. I will never have anyone with his name do any work for me ever again! And now I will even be more careful than ever before! Also, no more large upfront payments!
Description of Work: The rear of my house has a sunken patio surrounded by concrete walls. One of those walls was badly deteriorated and the neighbor was doing some construction that could totally collapse that area if it were not firmed up. I decided to use the contractor they were using so both jobs could progress without delays and they highly recommended that contractor. He was very personable. We discussed the project and how both jobs would intermesh smoothly, and time frame. He gave me a reasonable proposal and good documentation. I provided 50% of the job cost as downpayment. Problems started almost from the outset. He wouldn't return phone calls and there were constant delays. I imposed on my neighbor to get him out to begin work and after many weeks of delays he finally started digging out the old concrete wall. Many more delays and he began pouring a footer. Many more delays and he built the forms for the new concrete to be poured. He then wanted more money to pay for the concrete. I refused and insisted no more till the job was finished. More delays. He finally arranged for the concrete pour which was a disaster. The forms split and concrete went all over. He disappeared and wouldn't clean it up. I quickly called around to get some help to get it out before if completely hardened. I couldn't get him back. No returned calls, just excuses whenever I saw him doing work next door. Never ever again!!!
