 + -1 moreIt was fast (it was less than one hour), he told me exactly what he was going to do, and then gave me follow up instructions for after the sofa was dry.
Description of Work: Ted came and cleaned a purple velvet loveseat. He was thorough and cleaned up after he left. Very personable, and have already recommended him.

 + -1 moreWe hired a carpet cleaning company to clean our sofas and after arriving to our house they declined to do it because of the type of fabric that is on the sofas. The carpet cleaning company recommended using an upholstery cleaning company. So after being highly disappointed (I was hoping to have the couches cleaned before our weekend house guests arrived) and in a time crunch, I called Uher (since they were listed under upholstery cleaning) and explained our situation with the fabric, time crunch, etc. Ted was very helpful and friendly on the phone and said it wouldn't be a problem for him to clean the couches or come the next day to do it! He was very professional and meticulous when cleaning the couches and I was very pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend.

 + -1 moreTed gave a quote for cleaning an overstuffed sofa, chair and ottoman, throwing in the ottoman for free. His quote was less than 3-4 others I called. He was also very pleasant on the phone and when he came to do the cleaning job. He used plastic sliders for the furniture to make sure our hardwood floors didn't get scratched.
