Troy Granite

If you are buying granite, this is the place to go. Their selection is wonderful and their prices are lower than any other I checked. From actually purchasing the countertop to the installation, everything was done professionally. There were no hidden charges and they were right on time when they said they would come to measure and then install. I would highly recommend Troy Granite. I love my countertop. It looks beautiful!

I would recommend Troy to anyone. They were very patient with my repeat visits to their granite yard. They were happy to explain the qualities, features and durability of each stone. They were also good with my kids running around - they had a candy dish and a nice lounge area for the kids to sit and relax. I changed my mind after initial measurements were taken and they had no problems with me coming back out and changing the granite slabs for me. The installation was quick and they were very courteous and cleaned up well. They have a HUGE selection to choose from, and I was able to get a sink through them as well. They have a good selection of remnants as well for smaller projects. I will be using them again for my bathrooms and basement projects.

Requested a price quote from Troy for a few small pieces for a bathroom remodel of a home I just purchased. This consisted of: 1 32" Doorway Threshold 1 13"x4" Bathtub Niche shelf 2 8" Bathtub corner shelves The representative seemed bothered by the request for a quote. I assume because it was not a high dollar item, it was not viewed as worth their time. The $350 price seemed questionable so I found a competitor who provided the pieces for $65. Given the overall experience, I will not be calling on them when I look for granite counter tops to remodel my Kitchen.

Troy Granite were awesome. They were professional from the start. They came in and took measurements and worked with me on the price. They did a good job and the finished product is amazing. I had talked to every company in town and went with them because I liked the person I spoke to. The quality of work was excellent. I was impressed by their professionalism and their ability to do the job well. They did the job right the first time.

At they showroom they were very patient and courteous in their explanation of their products, services, and pricing. They have an amazing selection of granite. The granite countertop looks beautiful and we would use them again.

There was a slight problem with how the holes were drilled but they came out and fixed it without any additional charge. I would recommend them.

Overall, it was an average experience. The workmanship was good quality. However, I was disappointed when they agreed to split the electrician's bill with me and then never reimbursed me when I submitted the paperwork. I called to inquire about it and my call was never returned. It left me with a bad feeling. The work was done well but I might hesitate to recommend them.

Smooth from start to finish. We had been to several other granite showrooms and Troy was the easiest. All granite was displayed in a manner that was easy to see the entire slab. Mike was great at helping us narrow down our choice. It was 10 days from selection to installation! No hiccups along the way. We even got to choose which areas of the slabs would go in which areas of the kitchen (template placement). We have since recommended them to 2 other folks who were also very impressed with them.

We went out to the Lowries Run showroom and received just the right balance of attention. There was no hard sell, but there was a wealth of information. We looked in the warehouse and outside in the yard, came to our decision and with the help of our very knowledgeable salesman also chose the needed faucet and sink. As stated above, the installers could not have been better. Since we had not had granite before, it was very good to deal with people of such quality. We would highly recommend this company.

They have to go down into the basement through a Bilco door where the bar is. They are great at fitting the granite. They have quite a selection of slabs to choose from. Their prices are reasonable too.

on time clean up right the first time

The beginning of the process was seamless. We worked with Mike Ozlu who was wonderful. The template was arranged perfectly, granite selection flawless, pricing as stated. Our "hiccup" came at installation time. We were told it would be laid 2/26 but were called the day before to see if we could delay due to a broken saw. We said no problem and rescheduled for 3/1 at 9 a.m.. At 10:30 on 3/1, we get a call that they are going to be late- after we had been waiting for over an 1.5 hours. When we asked how late- no idea, she would call back, she did not. So, we called again and was told they would be coming at 1:30. At 2:15- no one still had shown. Had to call yet again to be told they would be there within 20 minutes- again, no one came. Finally at 3:00- they arrived- 6.5 hours late. What should of been exciting and fun turned into frustration and anger as our entire Saturday was spent.

They came out in October. I don't remember the amount but I do remember that they were reasonable. I didn't use them because I decided to go with another company even after they got back to me with the quote in a timely manner. They didn't do anything wrong.

It was okay. They have a very large selection. It’s pretty tough to beat the amount of flabs they have to look over. We got a competitive price but overall, customer service is lacking a little bit.

Estimate was $700 higher than another company for same color granite. Website says they price match but they did not. Salesman they came to the house seemed disinterested.

Great. Troy Granite went above and beyond, from sales to installation. Worked well with and adapted to our cabinet installers' schedule.

When measurement person made template he told us that our "peninsula" could be a certain size and that any larger peninsula would need additional supports. In our particular kitchen this would not work well. All of us were disappointed but Troy refunded our deposit without question and if we come up with another plan in the future we wouldn't hesitate to use them. The main takeaway is simply to have them come to the house first and everyone will save time. Later consultations with other vendors using other materials all agreed with Troy about the need for support. They treated me well.

i looked their professionalism and how particular they were with laying out their granite. The place looked clean and safe. if I could afford them i would definitely order from them.

A sales rep came to our house for measurement . We then went to see the granite slabs that they had on display, were given a price based on measurements and our granite choice. Date was set to come to our house to do a template and installation date was set. They were here on time, removed the old countertops ,hauled them away and installed our new granite in a timely and profession manner. The installer foreman was very much a perfectionist in what he would do. We were very satisfied with the final product.

We wanted to upgrade our kitchen and replace our old laminate countertops with granite. We went to the showroom later on a Saturday to inquire about the process. The staff were wonderful and although it was past closing time told us to take our time looking for the right granite. We never felt rushed or pressured. Among the several types of material we chose, most of them were the most expensive. They took a lot of time asking us the type of work we do in our kitchen, and yes we use the kitchen every day (I guess some people do not). They helped us make the most informed choice and dissuaded us from buying the more expensive material as they were concerned it might not hold up to the traffic (more brittle). When they came to measure they worked with me regarding where the seams would be and we had to spend a fair amount of time working out the final layout. They showed up on time for the installation, were done in 3 hours, and the final result was fabulous. I couldn't be happier.

We went to the showroom to pick out our granite. Then they came out and created a wooden template of the counter space. They tell you can pick out your granite but you have to tell them if you want that EXACT slab. We looked at a slab that we liked but when we went to see the templates on the slab it wasn't the one we thought we picked out. Turns out you have to ask for the particular slab you want or you get one from the lot they have on display. We were a little upset but they explained we didn't ask for that exact slab and now somebody else has it. The install went very well and the counter top looks beautiful. They had to come back once to clean some glue spots but they were very prompt about it. They also make you sign a paper that says you won't say anything bad about them. I thought that was unusual and it caused me some concern but they did a great job. I have another area that needs granite and seriously thinking about going back to them.

The selection at the showroom was exactly what we had hoped for since we had to match the granite already installed and we had much to choose from. We found the exact piece and bought it on the spot. They held it for us until the island cabinetry was installed. They came out for final measurements and in less than two weeks installed the finished product. We could not be more satisfied and would definitely recommend Troy to everyone.

Overall very pleased with whole experience. Huge showroom has all the slabs available to look at. Which is not the case in other granite places. Scheduled times were met. They were flexible in scheduling. Install went smoothly. Small problems were dealt with in a timely manner. What more can you say, they did what they promised and it looks great. Overall, I highly recommend.

Once we decided to go with Troy Granite, it was an easy process from start to finish The sales people were courteous and helpful, zeroing in on exactly what I was looking for The "cutters" or craftsman that cut the granite are patient, helpful, moving huge slabs so I could see them in a better light The installers were amazing So precise, with an attention to detail All in all it was a positive experience for us and my granite countertops are absolutely beautiful Only drawback is they are a little pricey I paid $89.00 a square foot, but got exactly what I wanted I highly recommend them for anyone Marti Mulholland ,
