Description of Work: They put in a quartz countertop. It went well. No problems.

Description of Work: Troy Granite had the best price, but they are unprofessional and the work was below standard, the guy that measured didn't communicate with the installers. There were problems and the manager would not come to my house to address. I had them come out a 2nd time to finish the job and it looked ok, but I still had to caulk around the back splash to get a clean look. The price is good, they show up on time, but you get what you pay for. Average and below.

Description of Work: They replaced my vanity top in my bathroom with granite. It was so easy to work with them. I picked out the granite and scheduled the install all at the same time. They have great customer service.

Description of Work: Troy Granite installed countertops in our kitchen. At every phase of the project, we dealt with professional and attentive people. Everyone really took an interest in our project and showed a sincere interest in what they do.

Description of Work: When I first ordered my stone I was told it would be done in one piece. At the first installation I found out the counter had been pieced. That would not have been a problem except that something went wrong and there was a cloudy area four inches wide on either side of the seam. They tried to fix the color twice with "color enhancers". That did not work. They offered to cut out the cloudy piece and supply another section. At the second installation,when they came to remove and replace the stone, they had mis-measured and the new section did not match up to the original piece. I was offered to have the original piece trimmed down to match the new piece. I declined as it changed the overhang to practically nothing. The manager who came to evaluate the problem tried pressuring me into accepting their solution. I refused and asked for a refund. They did provide the refund. However in removing the granite, minor damages were made to the walls,counters and plumbing which had to be repaired at my expense.

Description of Work: We stumbled upon this company upon the recommendation of an employee at Lowes. When we went to the showroom we are so thankful that Sal Oz helped us. We went there with only one type of granite in mind for our bathroom countertop. Sal walked around with us and gave us even better ideas to consider about color and contrast. We decided upon a completely different color and we are so happy he showed us the different color choices. Every encounter afterwards with Lisa answering the phones, the guy who came to measure, and then the installers went very well. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating (unbeknownst to me, on the scheduled date for installation the electrician had to shut off our power for 5 hours so Troy Granite had to leave and agreed to return the next day.) Two workers showed up, Benjamin and his peer, and they both were professional and quick. The countertop is so beautiful! Before they left they also helped repair the seam on our quartz kitchen countertop and they made it look brand new. I am just thrilled about both the master bath and kitchen counters. I definitely will call Troy Granite again!!
