It was easy working with Lucky, Joe, Dom, and Steve; the results on a major facelift on the front of our residence are exceptional. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We hired them to enclose a side porch and make it a 4 season room based on a recommendation of our neighbor who used them. They knew that the space needed to be insulated bottom to top (other's quoted us without this!). Brian and Steve were super friendly and easy to work with and are really talented. Lucky and Dominic made the process really simple and I look forward to working with them again for our next projects.

As soon as I met Mr. Cravotta (Lucky), I knew I wanted to hire his company to remodel our bathroom. He was professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and upfront, while still hearing me and considering my dream for the room. He got us on the schedule WAY before I ever imagined, and Keith and James were amazing to work with. They were professional, consistent, and excellent about communicating with us throughout. We ran into a few minor hiccups, and they were fantastic about brainstorming and finding creative solutions with us. They took the entire room down to the studs, and skillfully and expertly put it back together with all the bits and pieces I chose. It looks absolutely amazing! I cannot rave enough. I will definitely be calling TDC for all projects in the future. They are professional, trustworthy, and very skilled.

Lucky was upfront and honest, set expectations and delivered on his word. His crew, Steve & Brian did quality work and went out of their way to accommodate requests, questions or subtle changes. We hired them to build a family room addition, the quality of the work was top notch. They offered ideas and gave their input when we asked about different items like paint & siding colors or the window trims. We are happy with the end result and would definitely recommend them.

We are thrilled with the work TDC just performed in our house. Mr Cravotta and his crew were a pleasure to work with and their quality of work is outstanding. We hired them to transform a hallway closet area into a powder room and they exceeded our expectations. Mr. Cravotta was accessible and easy to work with, and his contractor was hardworking, prompt, diligent, and happy to answer all of our questions. The project was completed in approximately 10 working days and we could not be happier with how beautiful it turned out. We will absolutely use TDC for any future remodeling projects and we would recommend them to anyone!

The quality of the work was exceptional. Bathroom was enlarged and completely remodeled. Job was done in <3 weeks . The staff was professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the project. Mr. Cravotta is helpful and honest in his dealings. I'll never consider another contractor. This is the 3rd time I have used TDC, Inc. and they have always exceeded my expectations.

The guys really saved our home. They replaced two large beams that were incredibly undersized for the span, and also put in new posts in our basement. They worked incredibly efficiently and were priced amazingly. I've even got them on speed dial for any other issues that may arise because I know they'll work hard and ensure the job will be well done. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again. In fact, they're going to be my first call for every thing!

Total Development did a fantastic and more than I had anticipated garage extension for me. As a consultant in the construction industry I look for two important Traits in a contractor. First is honesty: Mr. Cravotta from our initial meeting was very upfront as too what I could expect and was true to his word. Second: is the interaction of those doing the project. I was impressed by how well they worked together along with updating me and answering any question I may have had throughout the project. Again Total Development did a fantastic job. Mr. Cravotta and his employees were a joy to work with and they will be my first call for any future projects I may have.

This was by far the best contractor I have ever hired. I needed two enclosed bedrooms constructed in an open loft condo. The staff was always on time, respectful of my schedule, and courteous to all my neighbors. The cost of the project was fair and reasonable. The contractors were able to design a beautiful staircase to a loft area that went beyond my expectations!! I gave them free reign on this project and they came up with the perfect solution for an extremely limited area and floor space. Hardwood floors needed to be matched to old existing hardwood, and they did a great job with the match. Overall, this is a wonderful company and I would recommend them highly. It was an absolute easy and enjoyable project due to their professionalism and expertise at construction.

Cosimo and his team take extreme pride in their work and it shows in the finished product. The workers were there promptly and on-time every morning, and they were very easy to deal and communicate with and extremely professional, even responding to questions and concerns after hours. They were very respectful of our home and kept a neat and clean work space throughout the entirety of the project . The team worked from a set of construction drawings to reconfigure our master bathroom, with a custom shower installation, toilet relocation, drywall, framing, plumbing, electrical, and tile work. Even with some unexpected structural issues that arose during demolition, the guys were able efficiently address the problem, and finish quickly and on schedule. I am very happy with the cost and result of the project, and I would hire them again.

"C" & "J" were a great team. They were respectful to me and my home. The overall job is great. Attention was paid to the details, taking time to seal the smallest seams. We are very pleased. Clean up was done inside and out.

I never considered any company other than Total Development Concepts. Mr. Cosimo Cravotta was more than I could ever hoped for. They were honest and professional, and felt I was treated very well. The work has been completed to my satisfaction.

The workmanship for the price is excellent. The on site workers are great to work with and will go out of their way to make you happy . They gutted and remodeled two bathrooms, and finished the work ahead of schedule. They are easy to communicate with, and very straightforward. Total Development Concepts installed windows for us and replaced all the wood surrounding the windows in the front of our house. Strongly recommend them. They were responsive, professional, and their quality of work was outstanding.

We are writing to strongly recommend Total Development Concepts, a group that we discovered on Home Advisor. We approached TDC with a general proposal, to recreate a family room in our basement that had fallen into disrepair and to install a bathroom. And we provided a tight deadline, two months. The team took our idea and ran with it. First, they very significantly improved our concept – redoing the walls and ceiling, and carpeting the floor. Second, they took a space that contained washer, dryer, furnace, and hot water heater, and magically added a full bathroom with everything else enclosed behind folding doors and the walls, ceiling, and floor completely redone. Third, they created an attractive hallway between the family room and new bathroom with flooring and additional folding doors to hide the storage shelves. They even repainted the steps going down to the completely reimagined basement space. The team not only provided an inventive design and kept reliably to our deadline, but they showed exemplary workmanship, and were friendly, cooperative. Bottom line: We highly recommend Total Development Concepts, Inc.; indeed, we cannot imagine ever using any other group again.
