 + -1 moreWe were selling our home and needed a dye test done on short notice. I called late on a Friday and Ray Torris came out mid-morning on Monday and performed the test. He was very professional and easy to deal with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM and will call him the next time I need any plumbing work done.

Description of Work: I needed a dye test for the sale of a property. They quoted a price for 99 dollars. When I called back the story change to " we have not seen the property so we do not know how much". When I asked him for specific price I was told he did not want the business and to call another plumber. I did and got a better price, professional treatment and my dye test completed. Thanks for making me call another plumber!

 + -1 moreI was at work when the jobs were done but my son was present. Everything was done in a timely manner and if a problem did arise it was handled immediately. Torris plumbling does and excellent job and I would contact them again if I needed their services.
Description of Work: We had Ray Torris put in new water heater a few years ago and have also used him on numerous occasions to snake stuffed up sinks and toilets. The last time we had Ray Torris Plumbling was to snake a toilet and a new toilet was put in. Ray is very good and fair and I would have him again if problems arise. We also had problems with water pressure and that was resolved.

 + -1 moreI called three plumbing companies to perform the dye test, which I needed to be done quickly. My township requires a dye test even for refis, so I needed to get one done before my 45 day locked rate was gone. The first plumber called me back and said he'd been sued after a dye test and wouldn't do one again but referred me to another plumber. I called him Monday, April 25th, and he didn't call me back until Thursday, the 28th. In the meantime I had contacted two other companies that didn't call me back, either. So I called my township office to get a recommendation. He told me to call Ray Torris. He said he'd be prompt and reasonable. I called him and left a message, and he called me back within an hour. Ironically one of the other plumbers called me back and quoted me $100 while another gentleman in the background yelled, 125! And he corrected himself. The township office said not to pay over $100 for the test, so I declined and called Ray back. He said he estimated around $85, could come to the house tomorrow, AND I didn't need to be home if I had a hose hooked up outside. He said he'd simple put a bill in the door. I'm tickled. Oh, and he was only $75. So not only did he call me right back, but he came the very next day and was even less than his estimate. Wow!! I'm very pleased and grateful that I could get it done in time to get my refi moving along.
