Tony responded promptly... made an appointment right away and cleaned my jammed up gutters and found a problem with my roof vent that he repaired the following week

Tony responded quickly to my message and was able to come look at our gutters the next day. He cleaned out a lot of muck and debris from our old house's box gutters, and removing some insanely installed leaf guards (new ones, with the old 1920s one stuck on top) to fix an underlying problem. He also advised on the general condition of the gutters and general maintenance. One good cleaning solved our overflowing gutters during the next downpour! Tony had also come out to take a look at a different gutter problem last summer, sent us photos, and gave advice on how to solve the issue -- even though he was too booked to take the work at that time. It helped us decide between the mixed advice from other contractors. We'll definitely call Tony for regular maintenance and any other issues.

Very pleased. Tony did an excellent job. Arrived on time every day and cleaned up everything before he left for the evening. I would highly recommend Tony Gatto to perform any roofing job.

Overall went well. Tony is a busy guy. It took a while before he came for the job estimate. After he came. It would be about 3-4 weeks till he could get to the actual job. He seemed to know his stuff and made some recommendations. With his reviews and reasonable rates, I wanted to give him the job. He came on time on the day of job and spent a good while fixing everything that was needed. While he was there, he recommended some other small things. He remained within the initial estimate that he gave me. Very professional and nice work ethics.

This is the second time I have used Tony for a roof installation. The first time was for a townhouse I owned. When I moved to my new location and I knew I had to replace the roof, eventually, I knew I could count on Tony. Everything went well. He dropped off some literature so we could pick out what shingles we wanted in spring and then we scheduled a time for early August to have the new roof installed. Everything went really well. Tony and his guys were nice, punctual and did a good job. It was nice catching up with Tony again. I know he takes great pride in his work and it shows. The roof looks absolutely fantastic.

I called for service and received a prompt callback where it was indicated he couldn't take on anymore jobs this year. Really appreciated his quick reply and professionalism.

Unfortunately provider is too busy to take on another customer but graciously advised that quickly and politely.

I just loved the worker. He came when he said, he was right on time. He is just a great worker. He was just so easy to talk to.

I have used many different services in the past to clean up the lawn, and none were as prompt, reliable, professional, thorough, and pleasant as Tony Gatto! He is a perfectionist & did a much better job on our tremendously large lawn & dozens of shrubs & grass plants than anyone ever had previously. If you are looking for great, reliable work at a reasonable price, he's your man.

He is very nice but only do commercial work and not individual, but he returned my call after a long day of work.

Tony came out and did an estimate early in the fall, and walked me through the fixes needed for my aging gutter in multiple spots. We discussed the tree to be trimmed, and he told me he'd be out within the next couple of weeks to finish the job. On the day of the work, he called to let me know it had been completed.

I was grateful that when he came out to do the estimate, he actually got up on the roof and had attention to detail (as compared to his competitors). He was very honest in the estimate he gave us and in the scope of the work. We’ve had no issues with the work since he completed it.

we are remote landlords to the property. Tony was professional and curteous and ensured that the work was completed when he said it was and that we had all of the before and after pictures.

I sent Tony an email explaining what I needed done. He got back to me the next day and came out to do the estimate the day after that. I had the estimate 2 days later. Was able to schedule to have the work do e within 3 weeks. Showed up on time and worked until sunset. He is a one man crew and was done by noon on the third day. Cleaned up perfectly very happy with rhe results. Advised me on some other work that needed done( something he doesn't do)

It's not an easy roofline to access. Tony informed me it'd be a few weeks before he get to the site to inspect the project. Sure enough, he called a few weeks later, inspected the roof and repaired the mesh/grating that had been removed. He even followed up a few days later to insert longer rivets to ensure this problem would not persist. Very easy guy to deal with - would hire again.

He returned my call and said he would do an estimate the following week and email me with his bid. I never received an email or phone call back.

Wonderful as always. Tony is our go to guy for any repairs with the roof. All his work is unsurpassed. The Best!!!

His price was more than reasonable, did excellent work, and had a great personality! Even though there were no trees in the front of our very large 3 story house, he got up in the front to inspect the condition of the gutters and determined that no work needed to be done there. He thoroughly cleaned and did minor repair on the gutters in the back where it was really bad, all the while being very friendly and pleasant. We would HIGHLY recommend him!

Tony was very responsive. We called him on a Monday, he provided an estimate and was able to finish the work on Thursday. He was incredibly professional and very helpful. We would absolutely use hi again and would refer him to anyone looking for roof/gutter repairs.

Tony was very prompt in getting back to me, and told me honestly that he was scheduled out for the next 3-4 weeks. When I explained the problem to him, he promised to come out and take a quick look, as I thought the problem was a fairly simple one. He actually made two attempts to stop by--the first time we were not at home. We were getting water from our gutter coming in one of our window casements in very hard rains. Tony explained that the problem was probably caused by our leaf guards and suggested having them taken out so the water wouldn't back up. We were reluctant to do that, as we wanted to avoid having to clean our gutters twice a year and asked him if he could just caulk the gap in that spot. He went up and did it for no charge. When we insisted on paying him, he told us to wait and see if it worked. If it did, we could send him $65; if it didn't, we'd probably call him out to try a different fix, anyway (which was true). So far, we've had at least two pretty hard rains since Tony caulked the gutter and the window casement has remained dry. We'll be sending him $65 in the very near future. And if we have any other problems with our gutters, we will definitely call him again. He was honest, patient, professional, and very easy to work with.

I contacted Tony for downspout cleaning services. He promptly returned my call and discussed the problem. I shared some of the downspout overflow photos taken during the heavy rain. After looking at the photos, he called me back to inform me that there may be underground drainage blockage and he does not provide services to clear such blockage. He recommended a professional plumber for the services. So though, we did not do business together, I was impressed by his professionalism. It speaks a volume about his work ethics. I will surely reach out to Tony for any other services in future.

He was on time and punctual. He was very nice. I would definately use him again for services. He was very knowledgable and kept us very informed.

Tony did a great job. It was hard to find someone to come out and do a small job. He was upfront that he couldn't get to it right away but he would call me when he had time. And he kept to his word and called me in a few weeks to see if I still needed the work (which I did because despite calling other people during that time I STILL couldn't find anyone to do the work). He showed up when he said he would. He was friendly and professional. Looked over the entire roof and let me know it was still in good shape. He took the gutter down, cleaned it up and reinstalled it at the proper pitch. He also fixed a recurring issue with how another gutter fed into the gutter being fixed. He noticed and pointed out another gutter that was starting to sag, and reinforced it as well. Afterwards he cleaned up everything, every nail, tree limb, and even all the gutter muck that had spattered on the grass. I would use him again in a heartbeat if I ever needed any work done on my roof or gutters.
