Don spent all day removing silicone and hand scrubbing the tub to ensure the finish would adhere properly. I had recently applied silicone due to some leaks, which made his job more difficult, but he took the time required to do the job right anyway. The tub looked brand new when he was finished. I would highly recommend his service based on work ethic alone.
