We had to clean out and dispose of the contents of a basement apartment. Nearly everything was covered in mold and mildew...a very unhealthy and unpleasant task. Mike and his crew did a great job, were thorough, and maintained a cheerful attitude throughout. They showed up right on time for both the estimate and the actual clean out. Although the job resulted in more trash to haul away than he estimated, Mike stuck to the price he quoted. I highly recommend The Junk Magician for courteous, professional and responsible service. We were 100% satisfied.

Great customer service! Mike was very accessable by phone and always responsive to all questions. He took the estimate request quickly and got the job done fast. Crew was in and out with minimal intrustion to our lives and I was pleasantly surprised by the complete cleanup done by Mike. I finally have a backyard again and would not only recomend Mike but will use him again.
