Description of Work: "I had repairs to gutters and roof slates replaced. The owner and company members were courteous and the work was done as weather allowed. |I was shown pictures of some of the problems prior to the work, I did not ask for them and therefore did not see any after pictures - but I am assuming the work was completed - the initial leak I was concerned about only occurred 1 time - so its hard to know if that was taken care of by the work done. "

Description of Work: We had the kitchen gutted and renovated (including taking down a wall), a bathroom gutted and renovated (including moving wall 9 inches to add a shower), electrical upgraded, AC added, and radiators upgraded -- and they managed it all. And they did this all in 4-5 months to get our newly-bought house ready before our baby was born. Their work is high quality and they stand by it. They hire their own guys for carpentry and plaster/drywall and to oversee the project, and they hire subs for things like tile and HVAC. If one of their subs doesn't do something 100% the way you want, they make it right. They also are the nicest people and were very respectful of my work schedule (home office) when they were working while we lived there. | |They do charge a premium for management fees, but if you need speed and quality work and you don't have the expertise or time to deal with all the coordination that needs to happen for a project, it's worth it.

 + 0 moreThey came over to my house to give the estimate. They were good and very professional, but the quote that they gave me was extraordinarily high. It was a lot higher than even the next highest one, so I did not use them. The work that I have seen done by them is very good, though.

 + 5 moreBrilliant! These guys know how to work with an idea and make it work. They were neat and on time. The boss Michael Healey shows enthusiasm and empathy when working with us.
Description of Work: We bought a new house that was incomplete. We hired the Healey Company to build a tile counter for a vessel sink and faucet along with tiling the mosaic we had special ordered from Spain. They also installed a heating pad for the heated tile. They also engineered 3-Form material and designed the shower enclosure to fit our creative vision. They used the special recycled glass tile to finish the kitchen along with building child safety doors that matched our railings.

 + 3 moreThey rebuilt the floors under the kitchen, hall, entry, and powder room; installed new cabinetry; steamed off all the wallpaper; and painted the walls throughout the entire area. They also reinstalled all appliances and kitchen/ bathroom fixtures that didn't need replacement. They were always there when they said they would be there and finished on time. The staff was courteous and worked efficiently and understood the urgency since we didn't have a kitchen for a few days. The entire project was fixed in time for the Lolley Family Reunion.
Description of Work: The Healey Company came to my rescue when the company I hired to install new linoleum in the first floor kitchen, hall and powder room found the floor was soft and needed to be entirely replaced. At that point I hired The Healey Company because they came recommended and arrived promptly to assess the work.
