They were terrific. They were very careful, consulted with me about the progress, and Michael Healey was in contact with me always. I would highly recommend them. The quality was great.

A few weeks ago I had another supplier caulk all my windows and doors and while he was on the roof for the skylights he noticed several areas around the sail stacks that needed to be repaired. This was supposed to be handled last September by The Healey Co. The work was not completed in a quality manner.

Mike came to complete an estimate for us. He was a bit late for the appointment, but apologetic. He seemed very knowledgable and concerned about our project. He gave several excellent suggestions for repair, replacement, etc. I thoroughly expected to recieve an extimate. We received nothing.

It went well. We had a lot of work to do since we hadn't maintained our downspouts and gutters properly (at all) over the years, and our back porch roof was in bad shape. We were impressed and happy with the quality of the work that Michael (the roofer) gave us and with how dedicated he is to his craft. He even took the time to teach me about how to maintain the new downspouts and what we should do annually to keep our gutters in good working order. He worked long days during the hottest week of the year, and he never complained! Sheldon fixed the problems we had with our bay windows, and again, we were very happy with his work. Not only that, but they squeezed this part of the work in so that it would be finished in time for the painters, who were coming shortly after. The company started the work exactly when they said they would start and they finished when they said they would. They were mindful of other jobs that we had scheduled with other groups--they finished the work so that the other jobs could be started on time. Michael Healey (the owner) is great--he's personable and flexible, and he has a hand in all of the work. That's always reassuring. Krista took care of a lot of details related to these jobs. She's super dedicated and responsive, and she answered our questions personally and quickly. We felt like we were in good hands with this company. The people truly care about their work.

They were extremely difficult to reach by phone to schedule the service. They day they came out to do the work I was not notified nor did I receive a call as to what they did or found. After several more phone calls I received an email proposal for $900 of needed repairs, Other than cleaning my gutters I am not sure what else I paid $200 for. I would not use this company again or purchase a similar deal from Angies List.

They were very friendly, prompt and courteous. I decided not to use them because their price was much higher than the other estimate I got. I am sure they would do a great job, I just did not have the money to go with him.

Mike the roof guy and his coworkers were amazing at tracking down leaks, fixing everything. The work was finished on time and looked great. That night the biggest storm I've seen in years rained down for a solid 2 hours with serious wind. To my dismay, I noticed that the roof was still leaking in the same place. But not to worry. One phone call had Mike back within an hour tracing down the problem. The next day, Mike was back with the owner of the company to do a flood test and make sure all was well. Water can be crazy and wily as it makes its way toward the center of the earth, but these guys figured out quickly how to frustrate it unidirectional goal. A high quality, well run, well organized company.

They had a special offer on Angies List. The inspection went fine. I did not have enough interaction with them.

The workmanship on the roof is fantastic. It looks great and is not leaking anywhere. The Healey Company sent a crew of 2 or 3 people each day for 2 weeks. They were punctual, even early some days. The job would have taken a week but several days were too windy and rainy to work on the roof. I was impressed that they worked while it was raining and only took the day off when it was too dangerous to be on the roof. My only complaint is with their communication. While removing the old shingles, they tossed them off the roof into the back of their truck. Some of the shingles hit the siding on the way down, leaving streaks of black tar. Additionally they put a tarp in the front garden to catch the shingles they were removing. However the tarp was overtop of some young bushes that were crushed in the process. The damage was minor but I would have appreciated the crew letting me know about it, instead of having to discover it myself. I emailed Michael Healey, the owner, and he reimbursed me for the new bushes and sent the crew back to clean the siding. I still wasn't happy with the siding after the first cleaning so he sent them back again and had them powerwash the entire house. I've asked for several quotes on other projects around the house. I would definately use their services again in the future.

Everything went smoothly although initial call back did not happen. I had to call a second time however they were very apologetic for not making the initial contact and very profession during my contact witht hem.

They seemed very professional. I will definitely consider doing work with them in the future. They were timely. I had a good discussion with them over the phone. I think I am going to do some of the repair work over the phone, and then go from there. The guy I talked to seemed like a totally reputable guy.

There was some extra time left when the didn't use the entire 2 hours, so Mike had the workers come back out to do some extra things that incidentally weren't included in the original maintenance. Very professional & great customer service.

The Healey Company was one of the only contractors I called where I talked to the actual head of the company. Mike Healey came out to my house and helped me with the entire process in a way that was low pressure and easy to understand. Sure, the price for the work was a little high, but you get what you pay for. Everything came out great and I love my new bathroom.

We played a bit of phone tag with scheduling but they were persistent. Then when we finally got it scheduled it turned very cold and they were unable to do anything because everything was frozen. But they said they would reschedule when it was warmer and at the first warm spell they came out and did the maintenance.

The Healey Company, Inc. did a good job. I came home from work and my one shed was already gone. The reshingling took them about 2 hours and they did a good job.

The design team including Michael Healey and Michael Bonoto created a luxurious space with a clean modern look yet comfortable and affordable amenities. The Healey Company personnel are professional, clean, as quiet as construction can be, and conscious of the neighbors' needs. Michael consulted professional electricians and plummers. He employs the best carpenters, painters, plasterers, and other workmen for the job. The estimates were accurate, and when necessary The Healey Company covered the extra costs. We worked closely as a team for every decision, completion dates and final costs. Never was there a surprise, miscommunication, or missed deadline. The team worked hard and diligently to make my condo into a beautiful sophisticated home that I am proud to show off to friends. The Healey Company is an exceptional team of professionals.

The guy was really nice and helpful. They are really good folks. I rate them high overall. The estimate was honest though it was not the cheapest.

The project went very well! Because our home is an old row house built in 1884 and redone about 25 years ago, there were many challenges. Mike Healey and David Morgan worked patiently with us to be sure that the design of the work was excellent and also matched our expectations for our home. They listened to what we had to say and then offered their expertise to make it work. Everyone involved with the project was very professional and helpful even to the point of being respectful of our neighbors' street parking spaces on our narrow city street. The house looks fantastic and we're so glad we worked with The Healey Company and Morgan and Associates!

I will be going with someone else for the work.

They came-out and checked everything out. I was very happy with the services they performed. We didn't have any problems.

The service had been scheduled for later in the month, but the crew was in the area a couple of weeks earlier. I was notified by phone a few days prior and the crew arrived within 20 minutes of the scheduled time. The team was thorough, thoughtful and helpful. They even brought a digital camera with them to show me the state of the roof and the work that was done. I'm a lot more comfortable about winter coming now.

After contacting 4 roofing companies for this small job (3 from Angie's List) and getting no response I was pleasantly surprised by The Healey Company. When I called the company someone actually answered the phone! She put me through to the owner who explained that due to the recent Angie's List deal he had offered for the services I needed that they were very busy but he would be able to send someone out in November. They arrived promptly as scheduled and performed the necessary maintenance. Finally! A company willing to do a small but very needed service. I will use this company in the future.

Overall, this a was a fantastic experience. We purchased an dilapidated city row home that was inhabitable. We worked with The Healey Company from architectural design, to structure issues to the finishes. With parking being difficult in the city, we even found a way to put in a garage right thru the front of the house. Any issues that came up during the project were discussed and resolved to please all sides involved. The house turned out beautiful! Wouldn't hesitate to work with these guys again or to recommend them to all friends and family.

When we called to schedule the appointment they said they would charge $354 as opposed to the price of $199 we paid for the Big Deal since we are in B***** county (2 miles from county line). But then later in the email they said they were going to be out there at the end of November and would like to schedule something. What I found odd was that they would charge more for coming the extra miles now, and then still do it later in November when they are already out here for business.

Ray came out to the house and measured the roof and brought out samples for us to compare quality and warranties. When we decided on the work, they planned it within three weeks of the decision date which was fine for us as long as it was done in the summer.
