The men came and said they didn't do that sort of job. Then they left. They called me back to say that their boss said they sure would do that kind of work and arranged a date to come by. They came as specified and got up on all the roofs. They cleaned it all off with clorox and brushes, all the various levels of both buildings. They also advised me about one of the roofs, which was very helpful. They did a good job and were very polite and pleasant.

They were punctual and professional. Explained what they had done and the overall condition of the roof and gutters. Made some recommendations.

The service was fine. They have a very professional way of contacting you.

It turned out well. I had interpreted the Big Deal wrong. I did not realize that roof maintenance did not involve fixing any roofing problems. I thought the price was way high for cleaning the gutters. The service was fine, it was just a misunderstanding on my cpart. He was also prompt which was nice and they got the work done in an hour.

It seemed pretty good. They were pretty good with follow-up.

I was very pleased with Healey's email communication. The gentlemen who arrived (2) were very kind and gave me pointers on things which should be done (which I could do myself). They were in and out quick and did not try to upsell all kinds of extra services. That speaks volumes. My only qualm was that it took longer than I had hoped to get them out, but once it was scheduled, they were on time. Very pleased and would recommend to others, certainly.

Purchased a Big deal through Angie's List. Took them over a month to schedule the appointment. They accomplished what needed done. I was given another quote for future service, but the price was to high. They did send me a letter letting me know it would take a while to schedule.

The work was excellent. The work was done so long ago, I do not not remember the details, but I do know they were great and I have no reason not to use them again.

Very well although it was determined the leak was not due to any issues with the roof. He was very informative and professional.

The Healy Company gave is a bid and suggestions for getting the work to be completed. We obtained bids from other Angie recommended companies but preferred the professionalism of The Healy Company staff. They were actually a bit higher than the other bids but we preferred their recommendations and approach to keeping our attic cool in the summer heat. The staff arrived timely each day and worked until the job was finished. We felt that we received a quality job and will hire them again.

They were very nice. Took pictures of the roof.

They finished on time and under the price they quoted. We have had several severe rainstorms in the past few months. The replaced flashing has held up and the gutters are working great. The work looked great from the street as well.

The price were little high. The people were professional and on time. They did a good job.

We've had to put the project on hold but they've been very understanding & cooperative. We will probably use them when we're ready for the project.

They did a great job. There was some minor damage to the landscaping, but after I talked to their owner they took care of it and fix the problem. They were punctual. I would use them again.

I think it went well. It was a very small job and just a couple of hours. I think we were satisfied with the work that they did. I would recommend them. We chose them because I think it was a deal of some sort, but I am not sure where it came from. I believe they showed up when they said they would, and explained to us on what they were doing. I think that the price was reasonable. Sometime after that, we had somebody do some work on the chimney and we had them check the ceiling because we thought maybe we were still getting a little bit of water, but we weren’t really sure.

I thought their pricing was a little high, but provided quality work. Also, they do a good job cleaning up after themselves and would definitely recommend them to others. Since they are busy, it did take a little time to get an appointment.

The design build /feasibility study was excellent and involved several meetings with the architect in order to design what we wanted. Michael Healey and David Morgan took considerable time during this first step of the process. Overall we are extremely happy with the work. The quality is excellent. The subs for the most part were also excellent and Michael Healey was very cooperative through out the entire process. It really makes the whole process go a lot better when you have a contractor who is cooperative and very interested in satisfying the client. The vendors for tile, plumbing fixtures and so forth were also excellent and also very easy to work with. The only negatives is the process took a little longer than originally scheduled and the price did escalate somewhat partly due to our choices but also because of underestimates of allowances. While we would do a few things different, I would not hesitate to use the Healey Company again.

I was very pleased with the work and the workers, they answered questions and kept me informed. i will call them again if i have any problems in the future.

They did a great job. I would recommend them. I think their workers really knew what they were doing. They were specialist in each of their areas.

It went pretty well. Mike Healey was very responsive and Mike, the roofer, came out and got us an estimate quickly. We chose them because of the professionalism and ability to do the work immediately. The original estimate was for re-doing the flashing completely and repairing shingles around the chimney. Once on the roof, Mike the roofer told me that the flashings looked good, but my leak may be coming from water getting inside the chimney and I also had a lot of loose slates. Mike, the roofer told me that the flashing looked OK and the damage would have been more extensive if the flashing was leaking. After talking with him, we had him repair the loose and missing slates and cap the chimney for the same price that was quoted to re-flash the chimney. He said that the materials and labor would be the same as the original estimate for the other work. It took him about a day and a half to do all of the work. He cleaned everything up when finished and didn't leave anything behind. I climbed up on the roof and it looks good and also the ceiling in the attic around the chimney dried out. I have noticed over the heavy rains the last few days, the ceiling has not taken on any moisture and has remained dry. It was also nice to have a 1 year warranty on the work.

Work done when promised. Roofer worked for 3 days straight with no problems. Finished sooner than expected , & they gave me a commensurate price break when asked.

I thought it was good. They were responsive and when they did the job, we actually weren't all the way happy and they came back and fixed it.
