+ -1 moreI bought a house where the garage was severely neglected. There were multiple cracks in the walls. I was getting vastly different opinions on how to handle this problem. Some recommended wall anchors all the way around and others said leave it alone. I thought getting a structurally engineer in would settle the issue. I also had a wet basement that needed to be addressed. I am not convinced that Gateways recommendations were any better than anyone else's and I just did not get the sense that they were giving an authoritative answer.
Description of Work: Assessed what repairs were necessary for cracks in detached garage walls and wet basement.

Description of Work: GATEWAY HAS PERFORMED A NUMBER OF SURVEYS ON OUR CAMPUS, MOST RECENTLY FOR SEVERAL PARKING LOTS AND TBE STADIUM.
