+ -1 moreExcellent! Our wireless problem turned out to be quite complex, and we were impressed by the tenacity and professionalism displayed by Ray.
Description of Work: Ray erased the hard drive on a computer we planned to donate, then set up the software security for our new desktop. He also spent many hours and multiple trips to set up an improved wireless system for the house--we had been unable to get our new Blu-ray player to stream Netflix shows. It took a lot of trial and error to fix the problem, but Ray never gave up, and never charged us more for the extra time--Ray's policy is to charge by the job, not the hour.
