She was on time, very professional and cleaned everything that needed cleaned. I would recomend her highly.

The young man, who came out, did a very good job. I was happeier with them than I was with another company I had used. He came out exactly on time. The carpet is probably cleaner than it was when I had used some other companies. Also, the price was considerably better.

It was really more expensive than my needs. I don't think he really wanted to come to the area that I live in.

Carrie answered the phone the first time I called. I told her what I needed, at first just a one time cleaning for a party I was having. future cleanings to be determined upon the results of the one time cleaning. She stopped by and gave me a price. The party was 9/25/10; she came on 9/24/10 and brought another lady with her. They cleaned 7 rooms in 3 hours....2 people cleaning ...6 hours of cleaning. When I got home I check everything out and was very disappointed. There were cob webs all over the place....the cabinets in the kitchen were not touched. The TV/ofc room was just horrible. They dusted around everything ; moved nothing and totally ignored my desk which was cleared off and ready to be cleaned. I would not recommend them nor will I use them ever again. Being that all the reports were A's on Angie's list I thought I was safe using them.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used this company to clean our wall to wall carpeting. John is the owner and his assistant is Bryan Abercrombie. The last 2 times, Bryan has done our job on his own. John and Bryan are professional and trustworthy. Bryan arrived 1 hour early, and called to ask if that was ok! They have a great system that includes hauling the solutions and tanks of clean water for each job in their equipment van. So they do not have to hook up to your faucets and use customer water. They also haul away the dirty water and don't send it down your drain. They move all furniture that you want lifted and shampoo the carpeting underneath. I do not ever have my piano, computer station, entertainment center, or china closet moved, but they move everything else! They wipe any over spray, and put a protective plastic square underneath all furniture legs for protection while carpets dry. They offer additional stain repelling applications which I did not purchase this time as my carpets are old. But I have purchased them in the past, and credit their applications for making my carpets last longer. This is a fantastic local company, not a chain, as far as I know. I feel better hiring local and will not hesitate to use The Cleaning Solution again.
