Jim was very professional and got the job done quickly. He was very timely with returning phone calls.

The service was excellent. The original appt had to be canceled due to rain but he called us as soon as the weather cleared and confirmed if he could come by that same day. He removed the nest and there has not been a problem since.

It was great. They were great, he was wonderful. He is the only one to go to if you have problems with carpenter bees. The owner came out and he was great.

The price, I didn’t have any choice. That was the only people around this area. He was the best one. Whatever he said, that is what he proved. The bees nest is gone.

Because it is very early in the spring, Jim suspected that the wasps or bees that my tenant had seen were not representative of a nest and would likely depart on their own. He called my tenant right away for her specific observations and, based on her description, advised us to wait and see if the problem persisted once the weather was warmer, and then call him again if need be. I appreciate his saving me an expensive and possibly unnecessary service call!

Extremely professional and meticulous. He said he may have to come back a second time, but one trip took care of the problem. He was also very careful with the material used to exterminate them.

He was very thorough. He got it done and we have no complaints. He did what he said he was going to do, and that's what counts. He came in, did the job, and got out. The service provided was more than adequate for the price. My wife said he was really good. I'd say we were very satisfied.

Jim does a fantastic job. He proactively contacts his customers to remind them service is due. Spraying is best during certain months. He's professional, punctual and accommodating. We do not leave our water on when we are not at the house so Jim brings his own. He was also helpful in plugging up some holes that mice liked to use to get into the house. Highly recommend his services.

I found a yellow jacket nest in one of the brick columns on my house. I called The Bee Hunter. They were able to come out the next day and the nest was removed. The yellow jackets haven't come back (it's been over a year).

It went very well! He was very polite and professional. He removed the nest and sprayed the area. This was in July and we have not seen any return. He even provided us with some education about wasps.

It went well. There were more than originally thought. But they were all removed along with the multiple nests.

Excellent. Jim was prompt, courteous and handled the job on very short notice. He was very professional in his interactions with my wife and with me. I highly recommend him.

I called Jim, The Bee Hunter, on Saturday. He offered to come out that day, I had a scheduling conflict. He contacted me 2 days later said what time he would be on site. jIm texted me during the day to assure me that he was on schedule. He showed up took care of the nest of yellow jackets in about half an hour. He was very professional with me and my tenants.

The Bee Hunter returned my call promptly and then set up a day to come out. He was pretty busy and could not come for a few days, but he showed up on the day promised, He communicated his ETA via text, which was very thoughtful. When he arrived, he suited up, went into the attic, found the nest (the size of a soccer ball!!), showed it to us, and then disposed of it. He then applied some insecticide to discourage the stragglers. Jim said that should take care of it, but if we continue to have a problem, to call him immediately. He provided a warranty through December. The Bee Hunter Rocks!!

I was very impressed. Jim was very prompt - I called on a Friday evening, and he came the next day. He texted me with a general ETA and then a more firm arrival time when he was on his way. (I love that - why doesn't everyone do that?) It had been pouring earlier in the day, which had impacted his schedule. I had said my call wasn't urgent, but he came that day regardless. He clearly has a lot of experience and knows exactly what he is doing. He quickly found the ground nest and got right to work. I like that he took the time to explain a bit about the type of nest, how aggressive they are, and whether or not I should be concerned about them. He also said that if we saw any additional yellow jackets after a day or two to give him a call and he would come back. Overall I was very impressed and would highly recommend.

Great! The hive was removed on a Sunday, one day after I called, and the work was very professional and efficient. He even washed the walkway below to remove anything that might have fallen there during the removal.

We had been seeing wasps in the house for a few weeks, 3-5 in the house every day. Jim was very quick to respond to my communication through Angie's List to set up a call. He took the time to explain to me why we were seeing the wasps and why it would not be beneficial to get the treatment done for a few more weeks. A few weeks later, Jim called us to ask if we would like him to come out. He was willing to come just a few days later, confirmed in advance and called when he was on the way. After a good look at the situation he provided his recommendation, fully explained, and began work immediately. Since the work was completed we have not seen a single wasp in almost a month. Price seemed to be about average for the service performed, but considering the great customer service and professionalism, as well as the outstanding results, it was well worth it and we would definitely do business with the Bee Hunter in the future.

Jim is a fantastic professional who showed up in a timely manner, and took out the wasps, yellowjackets and other stinging flying insects that were invading my house. I would highly recommend him.

He donned his Star Wars/Bee Hunter gear and took care of the problem. Delightful to work with and highly professional. This is the second time we have used him (different infestations) and although I hope we have no more problems, I will use him again if we do.

Jim was great. We called him on a Sunday and he responded within 15 minutes and setup an appointment for Monday or Tuesday afternoon. This was convenient for us since I work close to our home. He kept in constant contact and updated us as to when he would arrive and was prompt. He is courteous, knowledgeable and an all around good guy.
