Description of Work: He was very professional and friendly. |Giving updates by text the day before for a time frame and he updated time that day for specific time (I'm sure it changes due to other projects that are scheduled before you). It was great because usually you are stuck just waiting. |He was very knowledgeable and professional. |Definitely would recommend.

He came out the next day to remove the nest, and explained everything thoroughly and was very professional. I would definitely call again! Although the service was pricey, it was very effective and so we felt it was worth it. We could not have had a better experience.

Description of Work: Sprayed for bees and stinging insects. Never had a problem in all the years I used his services.

Description of Work: He is very professional. I don't remember the exact dates, but I believe it was in late Summer 2015. He charges quite a bit, but knows what he is doing, and, by calling him, I've always gotten rid of the small stinging insects (maybe Yellow jackets?) that settle near our nearby hill and driveway. A summer ago, he also got rid of a very large hive outside next to our kitchen window. It hasn't come back.

Description of Work: We use Jim annually to treat our log home to prevent damage from carpenter bees. His work is outstanding. His knowledge of bees is excellent. Jim always contacts me each year abou the service, which is helpful since it has to be done by a certain time each year. He's professional, punctual and has done a few things (plug holes mice would fit into) as a courtesy. Highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Jim was great! He targeted the nest of yellow jackets in my walls and eliminated them. He returned for a second treatment quickly and with no charge. He answered all my questions, before and after hiring him. I recommend him and would call him again if I have a similar problem.
