I'm very disappointed in the final product. While the bulk of the job appears satisfactory there is no attention to detail as the crew was in a big hurry to get out the door and on the road to tomorrow's job. Corners are sloppy and there are big gaps between the wall and the beauty strips. We paid to have our bulk head removed but the installer saw an electrical wire and decided it couldn't be done. When we pushed his opinion we were told we could get some one else to do it and they would come back and finish the job afterwards. We were told by our salesman they have their own in house installers but the crew we got said they do lots of work for Bath Authority which means you get whatever sub is available. Go somewhere else for your shower remodel.

We had bath and shower redone. From the time Matt showed us the product to install it was a great experience. The installation was done in a day the crew was fantastic. The workmanship is at the highest quality. The bath authority changed the bathroom from an outdated looking to a fantastic one.
