+ -1 moreWork was superb. Mr. Bradley and his crew were prompt and thorough. Was concerned there still may be a little dampness in carpet the next day but was told that everything would be dry as long as I turned up the heat a bit. When I arrived with the movers the next day, everything was completely dry (and beautiful) as was promised. I could not have been more pleased! Will definitely use him again!
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets and 4 upholstered chairs day before I moved into the house.

Description of Work: Cleaned the carpet in a rental unit that the tenant destroyed both with unknown red substance and animal smell. The room looks wonderful.

Description of Work: I can't say enough about how well Bradley's work on my rugs. This beige wall--to-wall carpeting was really messed up over this awful winter. I was hoping that they would be improved, but they looked like they were brand new when Bradley's was finished. They showed up on time and spent less than an hour to get these great response. The woman who answers the phone and scheduled me was also excellent. I have already recommended them to two other folks, and I will continue to do so. Kathy Stevens

Description of Work: Terry was recommended to me by a neighbor and I have used him for a few years. As I recently joined Angie's List, I wanted to add my accolades about him. He arrives on the stroke of the hour agreed upon. He is the type of professional you don't see anymore.

+ -1 moreTerry and I played phone tag for a few days. He did not give up like so many other companies do. He arrived early on the appointed day with 2 other men. They helped me finish clearing out the areas to be cleaned and began the cleaning process. They moved furniture to clean underneath and replaced the items. Terry explained to me what could be done by myself in the future to help eliminate the stains from the dog. He was enjoyable to speak with and finished the job in 2 1/2 hours. They have done a great job and I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: 5 bedroom carpets and closets cleaned. Hallway and 2 stairwells cleaned. Special attention given to dog stains from previous owner.
