Description of Work: Terry's replaced a leaking water heater per or HSA home warranty. The work was completed on time and the installation looks and works great. Truly a no hassle experience. The only cost to us was the warranty deductible.

Description of Work: I had a sewage back-up problem. My family was in from out of town for Thanksgiving and could not use the bathroom. The issue happened on the morning of the 24th and Terry's plumbing came approx. an hour after I called that day. They snaked out the sewage line which took approx. 1hour, due to build up and corrosion. It was an old house which was recently remodeled so some of the debris got into the sewage line. They were very professional and courteous. Laid down a tarp which went from the basement to the door, which helped out tremendously (No clean up). If it wasn't for them we would have to rent a port a potty (Kidding). But they did what they had to do and it was cheap. Haven't had a problem since, except for my son throwing action figures in the toilet to see if they can swim. But all is good.
