When I phoned Terry's Plumbing, the phone was answered on the first ring. I thought the list of minor repairs I had might be too small of a job, but not at all. The plumber, Joe, arrived on schedule and completed the work in an efficient manner. He also cleaned up after the work was completed. Typically, I will hire someone for a smaller job to see how they respond before I will consider them for a bigger job. I will be calling Terry's Plumbing again and would recommend them to family and friends.

Terry came out yesterday, found the problem and verified it with a camera lowered down the clean out pipe. Terry's crew showed up this morning, dug the area up, replaced the broken pipe and clean out, and covered everything back up. They are professional and efficient. Terry is awesome and I've used his services in the past and will definitely use him in the future for any plumbing needs. Thank you Terry's Plumbing!

They were great. He was here on time and he was reasonable on his prices. I will probably use him again if I have any plumbing needs. His price was really reasonable in comparison to other plumbers. He came very quickly and I haven't have a problem since. He showed up early. I tried quite a few plumbers and it was on a weekend. I would recommend him.

It did not go very well. They put the water heater in and it started leaking right away. So I called them back and they came back and they put a expansion tank in and the next day I went into my basement it was just flooded. One of the joints leaks where he soldered it together. He didn't solder it properly, it just went every where. I called him and he came out and they fixed that but they weren't going to give me any compensation for my ruined furniture or anything like that. The first man that came out didn't put the right equipment in and the second man who came out he didn't put it in correctly.

They did a great job. The plumber was helpful and very nice. It was educational and taught me how to use it. He went over all the informaiton and was very knowleadgeable.

Mike has been here before and always does a great job. It took awhile and a snake effort but he got the job done. Also looked at a toilet that needed an adjustment. I always ask for him especially because he explains what he is doing and gives me tips for avoiding other problems!

service tech was on time and educated me on the work to be done. I am purchasing a new home and he educated me on things to look for and services their company offer. Very professional and cleaned up when the job was completed.

We had a clogged line due to family visiting and Terry was very honest and reliable. We had two other plumbers out and they told us that all they could do was replace the entire line for 10,000.00 to 15,000.00 even though the line was replaced five years ago. Terry showed up, cleared the drain and all has been perfect since then. Great Company and great service.

Bob was excellent in terms of keeping my wife and I updated before and during the project as well as offering ideas. He and his team were a pleasure to work with, and we'd definitely hire them in the future.

The last job Terry's did for us was to install a new water heater. It was in within a day and he left the area cleaner than when he got there.

Terry's was prompt, professional and did a great job. Would highly recommend them to friends and family.

They were available very quickly but unfortunately I had somebody come back in about 3 months later to do it again. They were inexpensive, did clean up afterwards. They did open it up but did not clean it thoroughly.

I do not like them, as my experience with them was not good. They were just very rude and ignorant on the phone, especially. They were just very confounding. They completely overcharged to the job. I used another company and it was less than half to what Terry was. I asked Terry about it and he did not want to talk about it. It overall felt very shady. They started the work and I did not sign the agreement thing, so I was able to get out of it before anything serious was about to go out. I am not happy with them at all.

We awoke on the 22nd to water in our basement and garage. Terry's Plumbing was called and they responded the same day. Terry responded and explained was the problem was. He had his backhoe team out the next day to dig up and install a clean out on our sewer line in the rear of the house. In the process of digging out the line it was discovered it could not be cleared without going into our woods to the next part of the line. They took the backhoe down a steep slope into the woods and started digging. What they found then, no on expected. Another clean out was found. It was checked and was blocked by a large piece of lumber and several large rocks. Evidently some kids had opened it and stuffed the items down the hole. (We are attempting to get some of the cost covered under our Homeowners Policy under Vandalism.) After that was discovered, cleaned out the rest of the process went very quickly. We still have a large pile of dirt that needs to settle over the trough but besides that all is well.

Very quick to come to the house, very personable and professional. Reasonable priced especially for a weekend.

Great experience. I requested a service call for a specific day, and they accommodated. When they couldn't make it , they offered to perform the work on a Saturday without any "weekend surcharge". The plumber did the work quickly and gave me lots of info on how water service works, and what moving parts need to be replaced in the future.

Trenchless finished in three days. Left the site better than when they began. Contractor work was flawless.

We contacted Terry's Plumbing via phone long distance and the very next morning, first thing a plumber was at our home and could not find the leak that the HVAC guy stated there was; but for prevention we had the pipe replaced. While there, he also checked the other plumbing as Pittsburgh had gone thru the Polar Vortex and was experiencing unbelievably cold record breaking temperatures day after day - Terry's Plumbing took care of everything for us and even though the house would be sold in two weeks, we had Terry's Plumbing "winterize" the home for the safety and integrity of the pipes during the FRIGID temperatures while the house was empty- They kept us completely informed and invoiced us - we provided a credit card via phone - we have used Terry's Plumbing before and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them - even when we are 2300 miles away and trust them 100% in our home with an access code for entry.

Terry's Plumbing arrived very quickly and promptly and we had a new water heater in less than 4 hours after we called. Amazing!

It went well. Punctual and proper. Good equipment. Time consuming work, but home base kept calling field worker to expedite.
